Here, youâll find light and airy spaces with soft furnishings, hardwood floors, and black iron windows. The ambiance is cozy yet roomy and elevated yet relaxed. Itâs perfect for large groups to spend their days enjoying the homeâs many unique features, including a fun rooftop balcony thatâs great for admiring La Jollaâs epic sunsets from basket chairs, drink in hand. A full kitchen and dining room open out to yet another dreamy outdoor space on the lower level. - The pool is a saltwater pool.

- Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.
- Only the 2nd floor of the home has A/C but there is heating throughout.
- You must be over the age of 30 to book this home.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.
