We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

NOISE
Absolutely NO PARTIES or loud gatherings allowed.
>Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7 per city guidelines. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line

PETS
>No pets, sorry
>$200 fine if pet brought without notifying host

PARKING
All cars must be parked on the property (driveway) - no street parking allowed, per city rules. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine from the city.

TRASH
>All trash must be disposed of in the trash/recycle bin on property. Please assist in keeping animals out of our trash by ensuring the lid is securely closed at all times.

CAMERAS
>Exterior only (each side of house - front, back, side, driveway)
*In place for safety, security, and liability reasons. Fined if tampered with

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
>Please note that quiet hours in the neighborhood start at 10 p.m. and are strictly enforced. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine from the city.
>By booking this stay, all guests release the owner of the property from any and all liability from possible slippery driveway during snow season.

OUT OF OUR CONTROL
>Power outages may occur in the mountains due to the weather - our local electric company responds quickly to resolve these type of issues. In case of a power outage, there are emergency flash lights in the home. We also recommend bringing your own flash lights or lanterns as part of your gear just in case.
>We will not provide a refund because of a cancelled booking due to weather. Please be prepared for all situations coming up to the mountains (rain, snow, ice, chains on car, etc)

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
