Close to shopping both downtown canteen district or the new district 177 mall. Three bedrooms will in total sleep 8and a sofa sleeper for a total of 10! There’s one and a half baths, the full bath has a jetted tub for relaxing after a long day of driving or at work!

Great place - central location

This is our second stay and we were just as happy this time as the last. This is centrally located, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to be. Comfortable home with lovely amenities! Strongly recommend!

Everything was wonderful. Very clean, spacious and the extras (snacks, coffee bar, toiletries and baked cookies upon arrival) were some of the best we have been offered at a rental property. Highly recommended and we will stay again.

Family wedding

This was our first rental experience and I am now a Vrbo fan. The house and hospitality exceeded every expectation. There were so many appreciated extras. I don't know if we will have reason to go back to that area, but I highly recommend it to anyone who is.

We've stayed here a few times before as we make our way across Nebraska, and we prefer to stay here when available because of the clean house that works well for us and our kids and because the host has always been excellent.

Inviting home

We had been traveling all day and extremely exhausted. When we started to unpack for the night and walked in the Cozy Home we were completely blown away. Not only were we grateful for the homemade cookies (which my husband loved 😊) and snacks but when the children opened the frig and discovered the juice boxes, well lets just say they were tired of water! This home was exactly what our family needed and we appreciated all of the extras Jerry did to make us feel at home. I would recommend this home.

Abundance

We loved staying here for a quick night on our way out east. We felt the home was abundant in offerings for the smaller space it was. Plenty of towels for our large family, not a big deal if you forgot a toothbrush - they had extra, plenty of snacks and options for breakfast (that was unexpected but appreciated). Thank you!

This house was perfect for our group of 10 traveling through. The place was clean, had plenty of towels, and extra shampoo and stuff, snacks, drinks, and pancake mix! Beds were comfortable and easy check in and check out process. I would stay here again!

Nicest rental we have stayed in

When we travel, we always rent a house and this house was the best experience we have had. If you forgot anything, Jerry had you covered. From the fresh baked cookies to the bathroom toiletries. Jerry goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are well taken care of. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house stayed nice and cool for our hot June visit. We will be renting this house again when we come back to North Platte.

The property was beautiful and the hosts were amazing. We've stayed in several vrbos but this was by far the nicest. The special touches were so appreciated and made us feel so welcome and at home! 100% recommend this to anybody needing a place to stay.

Bright spot of our trip

Just a quick trip to the area to enjoy a nice dinner, visit with friends and to visit Buffalo Bill Ranch and the Golden Spike the next day. We had transmission problems and after arriving later than we expected decided to just "limp" home the next day instead of seeing the sights. When we arrived at Cozy Home, we were very impressed with how clean and well-stocked it was! The owners have made it very welcoming with their little touches throughout the home. We also enjoyed the cookies and snacks they had left for us.

I am a father of 5 kids (2 bio and 3 bonus) and a grandfather. We got our first Vacation home in August of 21. My wife and I like to spoil our guests. I have worked in the telecommunications industry for 20 years. My wife has worked in the customer service industry for longer than that. Guest satisfaction is our priority and we strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We do enjoy meeting our guests when it happens but we do respect your privacy as well.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The kitchen, dining and living room are open areas with the laundry and half bath off the kitchen! Then the first and second bedrooms boasts of full size beds located on the right side of the hall. The on the left side across from bedroom 2 you’ll find the full bath with jetted tub! Then last but not least is the third bedroom with a queen size bed! In the closet you’ll find pack and play as well as a queen size air mattress. The sofa in the living room also has a queen size bed!
