In all, price was right for a group of friends to do a weekend of activities, nothing fancy, but provided a space to go back to in the evening. Ample street parking also makes this an easier place to stay for groups at OOB.
As it was a little hard to to tell from pictures, I want to confirm the house is as described a 4ish+ Bedroom Upstairs Apartment. It has two private Queen beds, a 3rd queen that also shares its room with a full + single bunk bed, a futon in the living room and a room at the front of the house that is best described scale wise as a walk in closet that has a daybed in it that is good for a child or an adult who would enjoy being in a nook like space (this is not a knock, we had a friend who liked this feature).
There is a single bathroom which can be an issue if you don't communicate / plan with everyone else staying with you, but for us it was all adults so workable.
The bedroom that has the bunkbed + queen has AC, as well as the living room, the private queen rooms have windows with OK airflow, but no AC at all in one, and the other has an AC that appears to be no longer operable. We had no issues with this, but figured it would be good information to plan out who stays where if you have anyone who sleeps particularly hot.
In all, would stay again if I ever need to visit OOB with a group of friends
