2bd Oceanfront Master Ste OceanView w/balcony, Pool, nearby dining, beach access

Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Our stay was very disappointing. The room we were given was completely different from the one shown in the pictures. There were no blankets provided, and the kitchen had very limited utensils. Basic essentials like paper towels, bounty, and dishwasher pods were not available. When I asked the front desk for these items, they said housekeeping hours are from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, and since check-in is at 4 PM, we couldn’t receive anything until the next morning. This made our first night extremely inconvenient. Overall, a very bad experience and not worth the stay.

Overall, the experience was acceptable, but several aspects of the property were misleading, and some internal details did not match the photos or the description provided.There are NO tennis courts. Instead, the property only has pickleball courts. This is misleading information, and we specifically looked for tennis courts when choosing this place for our 5-day vacation.The kitchen utensils are unacceptable. Many items were completely worn out, incomplete, or missing. I contacted the front desk requesting replacements, and the response I received was: “If you are not satisfied, you can check out and we will refund the unused days.” Is this an acceptable answer for a guest?The photos on Vrbo do not accurately represent the unit. The furniture shown online does not match the actual items in the apartment — neither the sofa quality nor the coffee/accent table correspond to what was advertised.The forks, pans, and glassware are in very poor condition. This may be acceptable for a low-budget rental, but not for a unit at this price level. I am not asking for luxury tableware, just a reasonable standard aligned with the cost of the stay.

Overall good stay. Excellent location. Few issues though. 30 Dollars per day for parking which is excessive and was not mentioned up front especially when you’d imagine it would be included. The apartment needs some work because there are some cracks in the walls and the furniture is a little old and not in the best condition. The kitchen supplies are very limited and the windows are dirty on the outside.

Wouldn’t stay again

I feel like the stay was basic they place was old moldy and run down the pool water damaged my skin and swimsuits/swim trunks too much colorine in the pool. The paint was peeling off the walls the pillows and pillow cases were stained and dirty the place needs to be updated no extra tissue

Location and unit view were amazing. Staff were friendly and prompt with any requests. Unit was clean upon arrival, however, certain aspects of the unit (room carpets) and the building in general could use a bit of refreshing. Overall, we enjoyed it and would book again

Interesting property

Good news is wonderful location and view. Bad news is comically bad prep of place. No paper towels, skillets. Pans, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, Literally like no one has ever even visited the place. Check in was interesting. No emailed check in instructions. I sent email the day before to inquire and got a response at 8 pm AFTER checkin with info.

Miami before cruise

We stayed here for 3 nights. The carpets are stained, they had nothing in the kitchen for us to use to cook and when we asked they said they “didn’t have access to the room that had stuff in it”. I was very disappointed. The view was nice but that’s about it.

Great deal for the area

Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool. The rooms were large for families and easy access to the boardwalk. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we arrived for 2 weeks so we ate in our hotel room more than expected. You also have to trade a card in to get a towel which is only open during pool hours so you might want to bring your own beach towels.

Nice appartement in quiet area, poor cleaning before stay


Big and Nice appartement with pool, parking, and good value for groups needing 3bedrooms ( sleeping up to 8people)The cleaning was not the best, our appartement Still had garbage in the kitchen and One of the bathrooms. And it was stains on the bathroom. Therese was Also crumbles on the table in the living room.And two of the beds was not changes before our stay
There is a free bus going around on Miami beach and is stopping close to the building - very convenient!There was very expensive at the pool bar (we paid 18 for two small icecreams
)No restaurants close to building, had to go about 5minutes to closest hotel with restaurant.

Great place but lacking a few items

Great place and great location: six in our party and plenty of space but literally not one extra blanket, only three towels, no wash clothes, no cooking items other than a few pots. No kitchen towels. If you plan on staying awhile and have anyone who runs cold bring your own blankets!!!

The kitchen and living room are nice, with the size of the living room tv should be larger. . Bedrooms and bathroom need updating. Windows should be clean and have screens so you can enjoy the breeze. Balcony was nice, good view of the sunrise and ocean and pool!!

The room in itself was great, however downfalls you have is nobody tells you that they supply you with soap or any other supplies paper towels nothing
 You keep minimum amount of towels on hand and no extra blankets nor pillows
 The room itself was great, beautiful great view, The staff at the front desk did not give those details to its entirety.. The staff of the beach was ridiculous. Did not speak English whatsoever, so it was hard to communicate.

Stuck between a hotel and a VRBO

Great location on the water. It is sort of like a hotel and kind of like a VRBO but doesn't do either one of them very well. We were missing comforters on two of the beds. When I asked for someone to bring us comforters we didn't get them until the next day. The gym is dilapidated with old equipment much of it not working. The restaurant was only open one day when we were there which was Thursday. The pool was only open until 5:00 p.m.. the gym was only open for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening. As far as it trying to be a VRBO the kitchen only had one bowl a few plates and really nothing at all to cook with. The TV in the master bedroom did not work it did not get reception. The choice of channels on the TV was local TV only. The internet was incredibly slow and only allowed for a maximum of four devices to be connected. For what I paid I expected more.

Its a trick

We booked months in advance and they took away our ocean view which we did pay for not the bay view. But because they were able to get more than double what we paid for the room, they “overbooked” and would not let us have the room.

Very clean

We stayed 4 days and the condo was very clean and as described in pictures except living room only has windows on one wall not windows on 2 walls (but not a big deal). We assumed that housekeeping was not part of the rental since they never came but we called down for towels 3 days in a row and said they would be right up but never came so on the 3rd day of no towels I caught a housekeeper in the hall and she brought us clean towels. The location is in a very nice area and the beach area is great. This condo has more closets then I have ever seen so you will have plenty of space as the living room is huge too :) I would stay here again for sure.

Not great but not bad

No hot water in the shower in the front bathroom. Front bedroom had very little air circulation and stayed stuffy even when the A/C was running. And you know when the A/C is running because you can't hear anything else... Not that I was in Miami to watch TV but I do enjoy unwinding to it at the end of the day. None of the TV were on the proper input when we arrived so they did not work, I contacted the host but it took 11 hours to get a response and rather than contacting someone to take care of it she told me to do so. The people at the facility were nice and location as well as the view were great.
