Overall good stay. Excellent location. Few issues though. 30 Dollars per day for parking which is excessive and was not mentioned up front especially when youâd imagine it would be included. The apartment needs some work because there are some cracks in the walls and the furniture is a little old and not in the best condition. The kitchen supplies are very limited and the windows are dirty on the outside.
I feel like the stay was basic they place was old moldy and run down the pool water damaged my skin and swimsuits/swim trunks too much colorine in the pool. The paint was peeling off the walls the pillows and pillow cases were stained and dirty the place needs to be updated no extra tissue
This resort is very dated and nothing like the pictures in the reservation. We first got to the hotel and they gave us a room completely different than the one that was showing in our reservation. When we got to the room the sofa was so dirty with some questionable stains. Then I had to go back and get new room and the elevators took forever because one was broken. So we had to keep taking the service elevator. When we got to our room the room was better so we thought. At least the couches were leather and I was able to wipe off the sofas but there was a little chair that still had lot of stains. The kitchen had literally no pans, Kitchen towels, dish soap or sponge. If you renting an apartment these things are suppose to be in it. Every other apartment hotel we have stayed at have had atleast things to wash your dishes with. The bathroom was so dated with the vanity that smelled soo bad. After all this we didnât trust the bed sheets because they looked so bad. We actually went to target for bed sheets and pillow. There were only three pillows per bed and we need two per person. We called the front desk and they said house keeping closes at 4 now you would only know that after you check in. Then it gets even better, the kitchen had so many cockroaches and it was so disgusting. We barley stayed in the hotel because we were so disgusted and my little daughter has autism and was freaking out over the cockroaches all over the kitchen. The apartment and hotel were so dated.
Location and unit view were amazing. Staff were friendly and prompt with any requests. Unit was clean upon arrival, however, certain aspects of the unit (room carpets) and the building in general could use a bit of refreshing. Overall, we enjoyed it and would book again
Great location on the water. It is sort of like a hotel and kind of like a VRBO but doesn't do either one of them very well. We were missing comforters on two of the beds. When I asked for someone to bring us comforters we didn't get them until the next day. The gym is dilapidated with old equipment much of it not working. The restaurant was only open one day when we were there which was Thursday. The pool was only open until 5:00 p.m.. the gym was only open for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening. As far as it trying to be a VRBO the kitchen only had one bowl a few plates and really nothing at all to cook with. The TV in the master bedroom did not work it did not get reception. The choice of channels on the TV was local TV only. The internet was incredibly slow and only allowed for a maximum of four devices to be connected. For what I paid I expected more.
Good news is wonderful location and view. Bad news is comically bad prep of place. No paper towels, skillets. Pans, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, Literally like no one has ever even visited the place. Check in was interesting. No emailed check in instructions. I sent email the day before to inquire and got a response at 8 pm AFTER checkin with info.
Nice appartement in quiet area, poor cleaning before stayâŠ
Big and Nice appartement with pool, parking, and good value for groups needing 3bedrooms ( sleeping up to 8people)The cleaning was not the best, our appartement Still had garbage in the kitchen and One of the bathrooms. And it was stains on the bathroom. Therese was Also crumbles on the table in the living room. And two of the beds was not changes before our stayâŠThere is a free bus going around on Miami beach and is stopping close to the building - very convenient! There was very expensive at the pool bar (we paid 18 for two small icecreamsâŠ)No restaurants close to building, had to go about 5minutes to closest hotel with restaurant.
Stay away from this property. We were not given the room showed in the pictures. The front desk, run like a hotel, not a specific independent property you are booking. When we saw the room we went to the front desk to inquire, they agreed and said unfortunately there was no availability of the unit we desired until the next day, and we would be reassigned. The next day when we were reassigned that gave us a room where the patio overlooked an alley with a bunch of construction debris and the view was another building, not the ocean. For our âinconvenience they gave us a 15% discount. I didnât book this vacation to find a discount. I booked it for an experience, which they ruined by fraudulently misleading pictures when there is no assurance youâre getting the room pictured.Other deficiencies were obnoxiously overscented cleaning agent used. If youâre sensitive to smells, you will have a problem here. Also, one of the two elevators was out of service for an entire day. This made for 15 minute waits.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The carpets are stained, they had nothing in the kitchen for us to use to cook and when we asked they said they âdidnât have access to the room that had stuff in itâ. I was very disappointed. The view was nice but thatâs about it.
The room in itself was great, however downfalls you have is nobody tells you that they supply you with soap or any other supplies paper towels nothing⊠You keep minimum amount of towels on hand and no extra blankets nor pillows⊠The room itself was great, beautiful great view, The staff at the front desk did not give those details to its entirety.. The staff of the beach was ridiculous. Did not speak English whatsoever, so it was hard to communicate.
No hot water in the shower in the front bathroom. Front bedroom had very little air circulation and stayed stuffy even when the A/C was running. And you know when the A/C is running because you can't hear anything else...
Not that I was in Miami to watch TV but I do enjoy unwinding to it at the end of the day. None of the TV were on the proper input when we arrived so they did not work, I contacted the host but it took 11 hours to get a response and rather than contacting someone to take care of it she told me to do so. The people at the facility were nice and location as well as the view were great.
Our apartment was very spacious, clean and had great views. The staff who helped us with the luggage were very helpful and nice.
We had issues communicating with housekeeping, and the common areas are outdated and need repairs.
It was very good
The only problem was the apartment did not have oven pans and we could not cook
We askes 3 times for them but they did not give them to us
Great place and great location: six in our party and plenty of space but literally not one extra blanket, only three towels, no wash clothes, no cooking items other than a few pots. No kitchen towels. If you plan on staying awhile and have anyone who runs cold bring your own blankets!!!
When we checked in we were asked to use a freight elevator to get to our floor. They do not allow baggage in the lobby elevators. We got up to our floor, in an employee area. We got to our room, and found a nice sized area, as described. The area was clean. I thought this property was a condo, as it turns out they are apartments. We needed to leave a deposit, which wasnât posted in the listing. Iâm not sure when we will get the deposit back and will update review if thereâs a problem. But overall would recommend at this point and will book again when back in the area.
