It has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Emerald Coast is just steps away! Experience modern luxury living for peaceful relaxation at this beach retreat. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. We know that guests will love this place as much of as we do. We go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best beach vacation ever! In addition to the beautiful private beach, there are 2 pools on site for guests. One is heated seasonally and located on the beach with incredible views! This area has pool chairs, restrooms and Wi-Fi. The private gated beach access is located here as well. Guests will enjoy a complimentary beach set up which includes and umbrella and 2 chairs. Additional set ups are available to purchase if needed. This unit is located on the 5th floor. There is secure on-site parking for 2 vehicles that will have a $25 per vehicle charge per stay, starting after September 1, 2024. .The elevator is easily accessible and very close to the parking area. Trips in and out of the building are quick and easy. Leeward Key is located in the most desirable area in Miramar Beach. It is peaceful and quiet but close to everything! There is a bar/grill right next door, Capt. Dave’s seafood restaurant directly across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. Destin shopping is within a few miles including the popular outlet mall. This area has many attractions and events. You will love the beauty and convenience of this location!

Fantastic vavation

We had a wonderful time at Slip Aweigh condo. Leeward Key. Miramar Beach. The accommodations were lovely, plenty of space, beautiful furnishings, spotless, with a 5-star view. Very convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and beach! A great pool o the beach too,

Perfect family getaway

The property was exactly as it was pictured. It was clean and in a great location. The place had everything we needed. Charlene was great to work with. I’d highly recommend visiting this little getaway.

Fantastic Condo

This condo was beautifully, decorated and equipped with absolutely anything and everything we needed… Charlene, our host could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The location of this condo is wonderful and literally just steps from the beach. I accidentally left a notebook behind that had some important things in it, and our hostess went above and beyond to see that I get it back…

Everything was easy, Charlene thought of it all. I did not have to “think” during my vacation. The place is very clean and gorgeous! My family will definitely be back! Definitely more then a 5 star in my books! Book it!

What a gem!

This unit was divine. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked, even enough toilet paper for the whole stay (that was a first!) Lots of great games, cards, puzzles, and books to enjoy. The beds were so comfortable. The hostess was great and communicated well. Lots of extras in this unit, like coat hangers, beach towels, blue tooth speaker, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views, Luxury condo and exceptional host! You won't be disappointed!

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! We stayed for a week and were amazed at all of the amenities this unit had to offer. Not only are you welcomed by the gorgeous ocean view and gourmet kitchen but Charlene does an amazing job making sure your stay is a 5-star experience. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. This unit literally provides all of the comforts of home from amazing cookware, comfy blankets, extra seating, washer and dryer, you name it! This property is extremely clean and also featured 2 pools, the one on the beach is heated which was nice for the colder days. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Destin. What are you waiting for?! BOOK NOW! Excellent unit! Thanks again, we will be back! -Ashley

We chose this location because of the amazing beach! Miramar Beach/Destin are famous for the soft white sand we all love. This beach is ranked as one of the top in the world. There is just a small stretch of this kind of beach at the FL panhandle and we are so happy to have a small piece of it!
