The condo has an open floor plan with a central living room and a fully equipped kitchen with three separate bedrooms with queen size beds off the common space. The walls are all insulated without any noise from the expressway! The floors are all tile. There is one bathroom with a standup shower, sink, and toilet. We supply BASIC housewares, towels, shampoo, and soap for your convenience. Free basic WiFi and Amazon firestick as the only TV option.

Please do not be alarmed, call the Host and this will be dealt with efficiently and expediently. We will promptly treat any serious pest issues, but seeing an occasional pest is not grounds for departure or a refund.
• Attention: Please be aware Tise Plaza Building is located right next to the I-10 expressway! The owner lives with his family in the building.

Welcome to the Tise Plaza Building! We have a few rules:
-Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and the maximum check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
-NO UNAUTHORIZED VISITORS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY GIVEN TIME!
-NO LOCAL VISITORS!
-MAXIMUM allowed number of guests in this condo at any given time is 6.
-NO parking is allowed inside the owner's gated parking lot!
-We have cameras in the hallways and around the building for the safety of everyone.
-NO pets are allowed.
-Holding of luggage after check-out or before check-in is NOT available.
-Keep quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
-NO PARTIES, events, or large gatherings of people are allowed.
-NO CRAWFISH/SHRIMP EATING/LEAVING INSIDE THIS CONDO!!! $500 fine for crawfish smell after checkout.
- NO SMOKING inside the condominiums or in the building. $250 fine if a smoke smell is detected inside the condo after the guest checks out.
-NO frying with heavy smoke inside the unit or in the hallway. Guest will be responsible for all costs associated with damage and loss of rent due to smoke and odor removal after checkout.
-NO adhering, taping, gluing, or pinning anything to walls, ceilings, doorways, chandeliers, or painted surfaces. NO Glitter and Confetti, please!
-NO laundry is available.

Perfect spot if you plan to visit the WWII / D-Day museum (Voted New Orleans #1 attraction!!!) and Ogden Museum of Art. We are also on MARDI GRAS PARADE ROUTE!!!! Take the streetcar from the Lee Circle stop to the French Quarter, Uptown, and Garden District or get on the Hop On Hop Off bus and go explore the City. The stops are only 1 block from the Tise Plaza Building!
