Very comfortable stay

I was traveling with an adult son and very pleased with this cottage. Everything worked, all questions responded to promptly and the home was stocked with everything other than food. Grocery store and restaurants were easily accessible. I book multiple Verbo stays annually and this property is among the best.

My mom and I stayed here while visiting family in the area so we were mainly at the home to sleep. The home is lovely and best of all it was clean! The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the roomy bathroom. The community is lovely and very quiet in the area of this home. The home owner got back to me quickly to answer questions. We will definately stay here again when in the area!

A great little cottage

This was a great little place to stay for the week, had everything we wanted and more. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Fredericksburg or anywhere else nearby. A really nice place for a pretty reasonable price in my opinion!

Great cabin. Perfect for our family of 4, bunks worked well for our teenage daughters. Interior is very clean and nicely updated all around. Since the property is in a gated community give yourself enough time for entry at the gate and also driving around to the house. There is a south entry/exit very near the property, you can exit from there but not enter.Since the deck chair cushions sit out in the weather they weren’t in great condition, but that’s a small issue for an otherwise great property.The lake community has a pool and beach access, our time was limited but we did walk down the street to a smaller beach area and get in the water.

Perfect long weekend getaway!

This home was exactly what our family of four needed while visiting friends that lived nearby. The location and all the small details that were accounted for within the home made our stay so comfortable, everything you need is available. Unfortunately, we were unable to utilize all the fun amenities within the community, but we would happily book this home again in the future when we return to the area.

Relaxing and Tranquil

Clean and refreshing! A very cute little cottage with great attention to detail. Recently renovated and so nicely decorated. My family of 4 with two adult children stayed for 3 days over 4th of July. Felt very safe. Easy driving distance to Fredericksburg or a quick drive to the lake/picnic area called Ramsey Beach.

Relaxing and tranquil

2 of my daughters and I stayed at this lovely house with my son-in-law and new grand baby for 3 days. The house was clean and comfortable. Beds were nice and shower pressure was good. I would recommend this location to others looking for a nice house in a safe community.

Charming Cottage

The host not only created a charming place for guests, but provided everything guests could need during their stay. They even provided a booklet with information that was helpful for navigating the community and finding areas of interest.The cottage is well appointed, comfortable, and spotless. Thoroughly enjoyed time there and highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!

Fun girls weekend

We enjoyed our stay! The cottage was so well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Just a quick walk to a small beach where we enjoyed some sunshine! This is a gated community so be sure to speak with the host about directions. There is a detailed checkout process and host provided recommendations for local restaurants. Recommend.

Just Incredible

We had an amazing stay. Just as advertised. It was Cozy, Centrally Located to all the places and attractions we were looking for. Such as Breweries, Wineries and Antique Stores as well as Old Fredericksburg. The greatest part was my Brother lives in the same community. I couldn’t ask for a better Place. It was all inclusive with a Lake, Beach, Club House, Golf Course and many more attractions. If I had to Rate this Place. It would get a Million Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟and I would rent it over and over again.

Sweet home away from home!

My family and I absolutely loved this home! It was super clean, decorated beautifully, even down to the color scheme of the paints (my husband loved it lol). The beds were really comfortable and the kid’s room had plenty of things to keep my kiddos entertained. The neighborhood was great, as well. We went to one of the beaches and it was super nice. We loved how clean and beautiful the area was and enjoyed grilling some hot dogs by the water and loved that there were plenty of picnic tables and even a small park right there with the beach. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit the Fredericksburg area! Sarah was the sweetest and helped me with any and all of my questions and needs! If you book this home, just know that you have open communication with the owner/property manager!
