After your adventurous day, come home to enjoy a glass of wine in a kitchen stocked full of everything you will need-a duel Kuerig for coffee and tea, Blender, Air fryer, and Crab boil pot to name a few! Savor a great night's rest with mattresses adorned with crisp bedding so inviting after a day well spent. Need some down time? Spend some of your days relaxing at home with multiple Roku TVs to watch your favorite shows, take a morning/evening walk around the neighborhood, enjoy a board game, or sit out back, which offers ping pong in the enclosed patio, plenty of yard for a cornhole competition, or relaxing on the swing. Great summer vacation for the family.

The place was clean and well stocked. I was located in the middle of all the beaches so we were 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach and 30 min from Perdido Key. Enjoyed that they had some beach accessories like a wagon and toys for the kids so I didn't have to purchase these items for a one time trip.

Beautiful and Clean!!

I am so impressed with the home! Even before our stay, the owners Kaycee and Michael were so attentive and helpful. Once we got there it was like the suite of a beautiful hotel, the house was so clean and had beachy feels to it. The owners mentioned that the home was just recently renovated and it looks so good. It was really close to all the major beaches and downtown Pensacola! I hope you book your next vacay here! You won't regret it!

Great place and amazing hosts!

We enjoyed our stay. Yard was big enough for my dog to play. Truly a dog friendly experience. The house was cute and had what we needed. Beds were comfy! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location for Navy Graduation

Great location to access many Pensacola activities. We enjoyed their ping pong table and playing corn hole. Home was clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to address all our questions.

Beautiful Home

We came to Pensacola to visit my son who is in the navy. It was a wonderful stay, the location was perfect. Close to all the amenities in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If we come back we will stay there again.

Very nice and super convenient!

The house was exactly as described! Kaycee, our host, was super helpful and provided great info. We especially loved the spacious backyard for our two Corgis—they had a blast running around! The furnishings were cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up a meal. Plus, the location was perfect—close to shopping, beaches, and downtown Pensacola. Big shoutout to Jaco's Bayfront Bar & Grille—Waterfront! Definitely recommend it. I would stay in this house again.

My husband and our 4 kids ages 3-16 just stayed here for a week and we had a blast! The house was so beautiful AND CLEAN! Pictures did not do it justice. There was plenty of room for everyone and then some. A big open floor plan which we love with a large family!We cooked quite a few meals and found everything we needed and even more. We were excited to see the blue angels practice over head right from the back yard! We also got to see them at Johnsons Beach which was super close by we went there a few times and even used the beach toys provided the kids loved them. (Beautiful beach)Target, Walmart, Aldi,and so much more is literally right up the street made it so convenient to get anything we needed.The neighbors were really friendly the neighborhood was quiet and nice. We stayed in one day when it rained and just played board games and cards that were there all day and had so much fun. Ended up doing that every night before bed all the kids loved it. The beds were so comfortable which was nice you don't always find that renting. Also check out sweet cone alabama(they have a tub full of sprinkles!) and laguna beach bar and grill we loved both and had so much fun at laguna.Kaycee and Michael replied to any questions we had fast and we're amazing hosts. Thank you all so much for sharing your beautiful home with us and being so accommodating. You all did amazing on the renovations!

Plenty of room

Enjoyed playing ping-pong and hacky sack. There were extra blankets which is important to me and room to move around in the house and the yard. Nice quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes to the beach.

Great house close to the beach

Great welcome basket on arrival. The house was clean and it's a really quiet and nice neighborhood. The beds were comfy. The backyard and screened in porch was ideal. We sat out on the backyard swing and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood every day. They have all the essentials plus dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and about 5 kitchen trash bags. Such a bonus! The hot water gets ridiculously hot. Like no children were allowed to use a faucet alone kind of hot. And even the adults were scalded a few times. Also, the TV in the living room doesn't really fit on the top of the cabinet. Was a little worried it would fall, especially since we had small children. You get on 292/Gulf Beach Highway can quickly get anywhere. Brothers BBQ is 2 minutes away and delicious! The beach is 20 minutes away. We loved Johnson Beach National Seashore. Has restrooms, life guards, showers, grills, boat launch, and more importantly white sand beaches. Not crowded either. It does cost $25 for a week pass but totally worth it. We had sick children on our stay and it was a home away from home. Thank you so much for having us.

Quick access to beach

This place was tucked back in a quiet neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from the beach. It was centrally located to everything we needed and where we were going in the Pensacola area. We were specifically there to visit Pensacola Christian College and it was about a 20 minute drive to the college. Great communication with the host and they even told us about the Blue Angels practicing while we were there. They flew right over the neighborhood…it was awesome! There was plenty of space for our family and had everything we needed.

Our desire was to create a space for families to come together and feel at home while away from home. A haven of rest after a day of fun. We also created this home to be a peaceful setting for families visiting loved ones stationed at NAS, or any of the colleges nearby. Our location is nicknamed “Sandy Shorts” to embrace Florida’s sun and beaches. We are so happy to have you and your family as our guest!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is nestled in with other homes in a quiet neighborhood. We have a flat 40x16 driveway which would allow for boat parking during your stay (please reach out for more information regarding this-additional fees may apply). Perfect to stay close to everything and yet private enough to have some space. Our backyard is spacious with a beautiful privacy fence. The inside of our home is cheerful and brings a sense of peace, yet the perfect place to vacation and have fun.
