Inside, you'll find an airy open floor layout with wonderful amenities and views. The main living room boasts a plush sofa, a large TV, and easy access to a private balcony. The adjacent kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a cute breakfast bar, and ample meal prep space. Whip up a cup of coffee and sip it on the sun-lit window seat, or enjoy a meal with those you love at the formal dining table.

Bedrooms invoke feelings of comfort with their spacious quarters, large windows, and the condo's central air-conditioning. Enjoy access to a private washer/dryer when swimsuits need to be cleaned after a day spent in the surf and the sand.

The interior of the condo has been fully renovated, including an upgrade of the electrical fixtures and removal of popcorn ceilings. New countertops were installed in the kitchen. All walls were repainted and new artwork was installed throughout. The decor has been updated with new top-of-the-line furniture all for your comfort at this lovely sound-side condo.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Artistically inspired

This home was lovely. It was located in building G which is closer to amenities than building H. The furnishings and kitchen were new and updated. We loved the art on the walls and the cute seating areas on both the back balcony and outside the front door. We would come back to this condo to stay in the future if we come back to Atlantic Beach.

Great place

Great place for our family. Close to the beach and not too far from grocery stores. Dairy Queen and a dollar general within walking distance.

Our second great stay with Vacasa!

Staying at Island Beach and Racquet Club on Atlantic Beach was amazing. The amenities were well kept up and everything we needed was close at hand. We ate mostly in the well equipped kitchen, slept on comfy mattresses, enjoyed the WiFi, played pickleball, and spend the biggest part of each day lounging on the beach. We can highly recommend this property during the off season! We are so grateful to Vacasa for the easy booking of our trip, allowing us to rent Tuesday to Tuesday. Beach places are hard to maintain and it was end of the season, so we could see the wear and tear in places, but we had a marvelous time and the family really enjoyed our trip!
