Welcome to your home away from home! This modern spacious apartment is a great fit to accommodate traveling nurses, business personnel, and families for a comfortable stay.

The property consist of a pool (closed for the season), fitness gym, multiple private office spaces, a lounge area (equipped with a kitchen, unique 4 screen TV, couches, and a shuffleboard game table), free gated parking, outdoor fire pit, propane grills, and a self checkout snack bar.

The unit includes a completely renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a fully furnished living room with a sleeper sofa. In addition to, two patios with skyline views (Patio furniture included). The bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds that include new crisp white bed coverings, pillows, and linens. Every room within the apartment includes a flatscreen TV with complimentary Netflix. There is also a vintage PacMan game with over 10 arcade games!

Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, body and hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

The property is located in Tower Grove near SLU Hospital, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, The Enterprise Center, Tower Grove Park, The Missouri Botanical Garden, and The St. Louis Zoo.

Nice, short vacation

We were in St. Louis for a few days and really enjoyed our stay at this property at the end of each day. The space was really nice and communication with the host was fantastic.

St Louis Trip

Second time we’ve stayed at this property, two different units. We found the units to be exceptionally clean. Building and amenities (pool and gym) are very nice. There are good spots to use for work with enough privacy for video calls. Secure parking, nice neighborhood. Host (Jordan) is very responsive. Only issue we had was a minor problem with one toilet, which was fixed very quickly. Clear instructions for arriving and departing. Host also texted occasionally to make sure everything was going well. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Rental

We had a great stay here. The space was very clean and well-kept. And the host was awesome and let us have an early check-in when we requested it. The neighborhood had plenty of dining options. Our newborn baby had an open heart surgery and we loved the close proximity to the hospital he was in. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, great communication, descriptions and overall comfort was very nice. If you are a light sleeper be aware that the street noise it is loud day and night.

Apartment was nice, but it is on a VERY main street with lots of traffic noise. Earplugs are an absolute must to sleep ( and host provided some). If you were there with 2 couples, there wouldn’t be enough places for everyone to sit. Could use some more comfortable chairs in the LR. Needs something to put suitcases on in each bedroom ( or in the massively large closets). Room darkening curtains would be a nice addition to the shades. Lots of ambient light still comes through at night. Additional hangers would be nice too. Really appreciated having ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Pac-Man arcade game was a nice touch.

Weekend in STL

The property was such a pleasure. The property manager was forthcoming w check-in info and everything was easy. When we arrived everything was clean . If we had to pick something out it was that the listing said that there was a sofa bed and it was extremely cold and we couldn’t turn off the air or adjust it. Check-out was kind of early. Maybe 11 or 12 would be a better time. We would book again .

Amazing building

We absolutely loved this unit, I think the road noise should be advertised a little bit. The first night I didn't sleep getting used to it, but I'm a very light sleeper. The unit was spotless, the location is great! We would definitely stay again

Really liked staying here. The neighborhood was great and I didn’t feel scared when walking with my kids. Dominos is close and the pho place across the street was amazing. The pool was great. Loved this place and would recommend to friends

Great location

This apartment has a good location. I enjoyed the amenities - it almost had a hotel feel. The building is located on a busy street so use the ear plugs provided. Bring a sleeping mask as well because the shades are slightly sheer. It was a bit inconvenient to park on the street when arriving (as instructed) and lugging our stuff in the 90 plus degree weather... I also thought the $1,500 security deposit was excessive and you should cross your fingers the parking app doesn't glitch out on you or someone takes your spot.

Great unit with a great location!

The property was everything we expected. The location was perfect and access to downtown was a breeze. We stayed 3 nights and were never more than 20-25 minutes away. Everyone around the facility was very helpful and friendly. Jordan, our host was very prompt in responding.

Family of 4 on summer vacation. This apt was just minutes away from downtown, zoo, botanical gardens, all the main St. Louis attractions. Host was very responsive and the apt was clean and accurately advertised. Easy check-in & check-out. We would stay here again.

Successful Sisters’ Weekend

My three sisters and I met in STL for a weekend of fun and quality time and this was the perfect place for us to stay. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen, had plenty of space and spent so much time down at the pool! Jordan was incredibly responsive and helpful no matter the issue or time of day. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

My son and I spent a week in STL visiting family, friends and attending Cards and Blues games. This was a perfect location for all of our activities even going out West. Close to all attractions and right off the highway so going out West to Clayton, Chesterfield, etc or East to Collinsville, Edwardsville, etc was very convenient. Apartment was perfect for 2 adults and had all of the cooking appliances we needed for the couple of meals we ate there. Dedicated parking was a huge plus. Thanks for a great stay and we will see you on our next trip back to The Lou.

The Right Place.

Centrally located to all the attractions we were going to over the weekend (Botanical G, Art & History Museums, restaurants). We were even able to walk across the street for a great bowl of Pho, when our evening plans changed. Easy check-in and we had no issues finding a space on the street for the 2nd car. Apartment was clean and there were even a few drinks in the fridge to welcome us. Good, well-equipped Gym for a morning workout and we also had fun playing "Bags" outside and "shuffleboard inside. Other people in the building were friendly. Looking forward to our next stay.
