perfect location, great "home base"

We stayed three nights at this location and were grateful to have a "home base" to work out of as we toured St. Louis. We were close to everything we wanted to experience and had easy access to the highways. The house is older, so it has older home qualities, but it is well cared for, modernly decorated, and has most of the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was minimal, but she responded to each inquiry. I highly recommend this house for your St. Louis vacation.

Perfect For What We Needed

My family and I were just stopping for the night. It was extremely kid friendly and had everything we needed for the night. It was an easy drive to the zoo and a short drive from the Magic House.

Short Stay

Stayed at this location to attend a conference at the Americas Center. Appreciated the location, cleanliness and easy access. We appreciated the home instead of a hotel with a bunch of people. We had no issue with this property at all. Thanks!

This is an older home with some quirkiness, but our stay was comfortable. We had everything we needed. The best part was the location. We were close to everything we wanted to do! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the interstate. The host was kind.

Its a perfect 3.5 stars

If you're not looking for 5* accommodations, I would highly recommend this place. 2 bedrooms, reasonably comfortable couch, cold ac, nice shower. We had a couple minor issues and the host was very quick to respond..

Great Location and Cute Condo

The condo is in a great location. The condo looked just like in the pictures. The condo was spacious for a family of four and had everything we needed. Again location was a big thing for us and this place was in a perfect place. We were close to the zoo and Turtle Park. We had plenty of restaurant choices and places to go close by. Marie was an excellent host! We did have a little issue which was the bedrooms being to far apart and no AC in the bedroom that goes to the backyard. We have a 4 and 6 year old so we werent comfortable having them so far away and not having any AC so they ended up sleeping in the same room with us. Otherwise though a great place to stay with the family!

Curb appeal nice, until up on porch. Chairs not clean. Inside furniture was nice. Beds were comfortable. Floors were uneven, dipping in places by washer and dryer and kitchen. Their was an ant problem. Host sprayed and left spray for ants. She needs to check front door, kitchen and bathroom for ants also. Bedroom curtains were not wide enough for window. Need more sockets in bedroom next to bed. Make sure place is dusted before people get there. Rear bedroom didn't have closet so she needs to put something to hang clothes on. Once she does a bite more remodel it will be nice place to stay.

The pictures do not accurately depict the condition of the home. I didn’t feel comfortable having my children stay here, so I decided to rent somewhere else to stay instead. There were spiders and ants in the corners of the bathroom, second bedroom, and by the front door. The baseboards and floors had chipped paint, which was a huge safety concern for kids ingesting. There was a funky smell like moisture and cigarette smoke. Neighborhood was not desirable as well. Will never book from this app again since I felt so mislead by the property photos. What a waste of money!

Our stay was as expected. This place is small and it is obvious the owners have put time and resources in to it as far as upgrades. The reviews were accurate, for the most part...the floor does have some soft spots; the neighborhood is quiet; the house is conveniently located, etc. Check in was easy, as was check out. We would stay there again!
