When you arrive at the main gate entrance for access, please be prepared to show your ID for all occupants over 18 years of age that will be in the vehicles.

To prepare your access, we’ll need the full name of all drivers in your group, exactly as shown on their driver’s licenses. This is required for entry into the resort, so please be sure the names match the license.

We will need to get a list of all guests over 18 years of age that will be staying at the Resort prior to you checking in so you can gain access. Once you are through the gate, you will proceed to the Clubhouse for your parking and amenity passes. If you are checking in late or after hours, you can pick them up the next day. Once at the Pool Villa, you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number to open the door and disarm the alarm. The number used will be the number of the person that made the reservation.

Our Paradise Pool Villa is only minutes to Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and other attractions. The new Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers a dine-In movie theatre, tons of restaurants, state of the art water park, and weekend festivities such as car shows, an artisan market, and evening concerts with various artists.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are spread across two levels, including two king ensuite rooms, a queen ensuite, an additional queen bedroom, and a themed Finding Nemo room with two twin beds. A sofa bed in the second-floor game loft adds flexibility for larger groups. Every bedroom provides Roku TV, ceiling fans, and comfortable linens, with walk-in or standard closets for storage.

Indoor living
The open living area offers a sectional sofa and smart TV with extensive streaming options, giving you space to settle after full days at the parks. Upstairs, the game loft includes a sofa bed, Roku TV, arcade machine, multi-game table, board games, and lounge seating. A dedicated workspace sits behind a door for quiet focus when needed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, supported by a dining table and breakfast bar for shared gatherings. Essentials such as cooking basics, dishes, and appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel stove, oven, coffee maker, and more make meal prep simple.

Outdoor living
A private patio with outdoor furniture, a hammock, and a private outdoor pool creates a relaxing place to spend time throughout the day. The pool and spa are available year-round, and guests may choose to heat them for an additional fee. A private BBQ grill adds another option for easy outdoor meals. You’ll have Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and exterior security camera at the front door. Self check-in is available through a keypad.

Our villa is beach and Disney-themed and offers ROKU tv in every bedroom and the loft area, a virtual workspace area, and high-speed Wi-fi. Bidet in Master and first-floor bathrooms, Fully stocked Kitchen, Barbecue Grill, ceiling fans in every room, arcade, table, and board games.

Located very close to the Clubhouse and Water Park. Just a 3 minute walk.
