Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two king master suites each include a private bathroom, smart TV, and ceiling fan, one with sliding glass doors leading directly to the pool area and a rain shower with bidet. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the Mickey-themed room delights younger guests with two single beds and playful décor. A queen sofa bed in the family room provides additional sleeping space with a memory foam mattress for comfort.

Outdoor living
Step into your private backyard oasis with a screened pool and spa available year-round, both professionally maintained and optionally heated for an additional fee. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounge seating while the kids splash in the pool. The open backyard also includes a patio with furniture and multiple BBQ options, charcoal, electric, and gas, perfect for easy evening cookouts. Guests also have free access to nearby resort amenities, including a gym, sports courts, and a lake accessible by path or dock.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
