Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

This single level home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and three baths. Two ensuite bedrooms each feature a king bed, ceiling fan, and Smart TV, offering privacy and comfort. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth is designed as a theme room with two twin beds and its own Smart TV. Two queen-size pull-out sofas in the living and family rooms provide additional sleeping space without altering the home’s open, airy feel.
