Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

This single-level, 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa in the Orlando Area is designed for comfort, connection, and easy living. With no stairs and a private entrance, the layout works well for families and multi-generational groups. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to stay connected when needed.

Sleeping arrangements
You will find two king ensuite bedrooms, each with a Smart TV and ceiling fan, offering privacy and space to unwind. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is set up for kids with two twin beds, themed decor, and a Smart TV. For added flexibility, there are two queen-size pull-out sofas located in the living and family rooms.
