This 1-bedroom condo unit awaits you with a mix of luxury and the homelike warmth that you are looking for. From the same floor, you can also enjoy access to a Gym that's just right on the next floor.
IMPORTANT: Please review before making a reservation. Prior to arrival, please note that building management requires a tenant evaluation done, not the hosts. To proceed with registration, there is an application fee of $150 per individual or married couple (ages 18 and above). The approval or denial of the application may take up to 30 days. However, an expedited option is available for an additional fee of $100, reducing the processing time to 5-7 business days instead of the standard 30-day wait.
One Miami Condo consists of two buildings, east and west, and is located right on the waterfront in Downtown Miami, at the gateway of where Downtown meets the Miami River and Biscayne Bay. This landmark location commands panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the Port of Miami, Brickell Avenue, Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, and South Beach. You will stay at the West Building.

Downtown Miami Central Business District is the historic city center of what has become Greater Downtown Miami. It is generally bound by Biscayne Boulevard, Bayfront Park and Museum Park on the east, the Miami River to the south, North 6th Street to the north and Interstate 95 to the west. While it is technically Miami's official "downtown", the term "Downtown Miami" has come to refer to a much larger area. It is distinct from the financial district, which in this case is neighboring Brickell to the south.
Many transportation methods are a couple of steps away from the building.
Anything that you may need is walking distance.
➤ Please note that our parking is FREE for the entire month of stay however, there will be a 1 time fee parking decal $20.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
