Menard Park offers family-friendly fun, just a half-mile from home, and you can also explore shops, art galleries, restaurants, and even a Saturday farmers market on Historic Canal Street, just a few minutes away. You'll also be just a short drive from New Smyrna Beach.

The bright, single-level floor plan features an open layout designed for group gatherings and all the contemporary home essentials you need for carefree vacation comfort. After the day's adventures, whip up a bite to eat in the well-equipped full kitchen and unwind with a board game or some casual conversation in the living room. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
