Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the sound of the waves, recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen, relax in the spacious living area or relax at one of TWO on-site pools, shuffleboard courts, and clubhouse!

24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including club house, building entrances, and the pool. Devices will be on.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) parking space (Dedicated). Free additional guest parking spaces (First Come, First Served). All parking is uncovered and requires provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total passes provided. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $25 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.
