The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring ample seating and direct access to the private balcony. Here, you can enjoy the spectacular Gulf views and the soothing sounds of the waves. The balcony includes outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an under-counter ice machine. The bar area and dining table offer plenty of space for gathering and sharing meals and stories from the day.

The primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a king bed and stunning Gulf views. Step out onto the balcony from this room to take in the scenery. The private ensuite bathroom is well-appointed with a walk-in shower.

Guest accommodation includes a second bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom featuring a queen bed and a twin bed. The shared hall bathroom offers a tub-shower combination for convenience.

Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer in the condo, ensuring that laundry needs are met with ease. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Romar House is known for its manicured landscaping, palm trees, and gated entrance, creating a welcoming environment that guests return to year after year. The property features a range of amenities including outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Parking: Please note that only two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Additional parking must be arranged off-site if needed.
