Cette spacieuse unité de trois chambres et deux salles de bains est la maison idéale pour des vacances à la plage pour votre famille. L’unité 704A comprend un grand espace de vie avec un tout nouveau canapé inclinable, causeuse et fauteuil inclinable. Le salon comprend également un grand téléviseur 47 "à écran plat avec programmation numérique et un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD pour les soirées cinéma en famille! La cuisine est mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils pour tous vos besoins de cuisson et de préparation. Vous trouverez la cuisine très bien équipée. Le bar à petit-déjeuner peut accueillir 3 personnes et fait face à la cuisine. La salle à manger comprend une nouvelle table ronde avec 6 nouvelles chaises faciles à nettoyer et un bar avec machine à café Margarita pour les journées de détente sur la plage ensoleillée. Le balcon abrite une table pouvant accueillir confortablement quatre personnes, ainsi que deux chaises longues et même des plantes pour les jardiniers de la famille.

La suite parentale dispose d'un lit king-size confortable, d'un accès au balcon et d'un téléviseur à écran plat 32 pouces avec programmation numérique. La salle de bains principale attenante a été récemment rénovée et comprend une grande douche à l'italienne avec bordure en verre sans couture, 2 vanités séparées, des toilettes et un grand espace de rangement pour le rangement de tous vos objets de soins personnels. La deuxième chambre contient une paire de lits jumeaux et un téléviseur 15 "à écran plat avec programmation numérique et un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD pour les enfants, tout en s’endormant, ainsi qu’une vasque intégrée avec lavabo. Dans la troisième chambre, vos invités profiteront d’un grand et confortable lit king-size, d’un téléviseur à écran plat 22 pouces avec programmation numérique et d’un meuble vasque avec lavabo. Les chambres des invités partagent une salle de bain dans le couloir qui comprend une grande vanité, des toilettes et un combo baignoire / douche.

Ce complexe dispose d'une place de parking couverte par unité et d'un terrain ouvert, premier arrivé, premier servi pour le deuxième véhicule. Le Romar House propose une piscine extérieure devant le golfe, une piscine à débordement devant le golfe et une grande terrasse ensoleillée au bord du golfe. Il y a aussi des courts de tennis, un centre de fitness pour les 17 ans et plus et un sauna. Romar House est un complexe fermé et offre une sécurité sur place.

Condo was very large and Spacious. Clean for the most part, a few pieces of trash left In living room and bathroom from Previous guests. Washer and dryer did not work, washer leaked water in the floor and dryer did not dry clothes. Having to go 20 min to another town to pick up room keys was very inconvenient and also having to drop them off. Overall, the Condo itself and amenities were very nice, Fair for the Price.

Very spacious unit and nicely decorated! Beds were comfy and bedrooms were good sized. Kitchen was nice and open to living area. The stand alone ice maker didn't work and the one in the refrigerator was hit or miss. That was our only hiccup! Great beach and view of the beach !

Family Beach trip

Loved the layout of this condo with the split bedrooms. Great large kitchen.No hair dryers in bathroom, so make sure you pack one. Internet was spotty. Never worked in the bdrms and dropped often, but hopefully this problem is temporary. Nice restaurants close by and Walmart is convenient.Enjoyed our visit immensely.

Would not stay here again

The room was not very clean at all. There was sand all over the floors when we first arrived, the ice maker doesn’t work, the dryer doesn’t work well, moldy shower, dust in the master bathroom was awful, no drain stopper for bathtub so we had to make one with aluminum foil. The beds were nice and the outdoor pools were nice, but they close at 9. Which in my opinion is way to early.

Nice property, great location

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and our teenagers. The property was older and in need of a bit of updating, but was generally very clean, aside from the floor, which obviously had not been swept (there was sand everywhere, along with an entire piece of bacon on the floor when we arrived). Otherwise, rooms were clean. The location was great. The property keeps a stretch of beach for guests, so our section of the beach was much less crowded than either side of us. Easy check in and out. For the price, and the extra space compared to most rentals in the Orange Beach area, we’d visit again.

GREAT LOCATION

The Unit was nice but the floors were filthy dirty, the beds weren't the most comfortable and, mold on the Master bath shower floor. There were a few light bulbs out throughout the unit. Kitchen was well equip. The rental office was nice but 10 miles away.

The unit is very nice except the furniture needed cleaning. It was so dirty, we put beach towels down before we sat in it. One of the closet doors was off the track and just laying up against the door. The floors were not very clean. We found several items under beds. The bathrooms floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned, so I had to clean them before I stepped on the floor.

Hi Lynda, Thank you for your review. Following your stay, as of Feb 22nd, 2022, this unit has now been completely repainted and the owner put in new sofas. Also all carpets and rugs have been removed and the floor has been deep cleaned. All maintenance items have been addressed. Also, the balcony has new furniture. Please come back and see us soon!

Mgt. and rental agency issues

Condo was as pictured. Very nice. During our stay the condo below had water leaking through the ceiling. Property mgt. came to our condo, without notice, to check issue. We were instructed not to use washing machine or 1 of the showers. Repairs were attempted next morning and appt was made for the following morning at 9:00 to continue repair. During the afternoon, maintenance entered our condo, again with no notice. My 92 year old mother was alone and asleep in the condo. She was terrified by the unexpected entrance into the condo. I am aware that emergencies happen, but neither the rental agency or the property mgt made any attempt to contact me regarding the change in plans. Also, I do not think it is right of them to enter the condo when they receive no answer to their knock. We were without 1 of the showers for 2 days and without the use of the washing machine for 3 days. But that inconvenience is nothing when compared to the barging in on my 92 year old mother. I will not return to this complex or any others handled by this rental agency.

Great location but needs updating and cleaning

This could be a nice condo but needs much updating and cleaning. We pretty much had to wash every pan and utensil before we used them. There were rugs shoved in drawers full of sand. Lots of the outlets didn’t work. And switches on walls didn’t work the lights and fans, we had to stand on beds to turn them off and on. The master bedroom mattress was awful, it was so bad we spent $120 for a mattress topper. The other beds had toppers on them, but NOT the master!! The under counter ice machine wasn’t working when we got there and immediately called management it was about 48 hours before they sent someone and never told us anyone was coming. We also emailed about other problems and they sent someone to look and bring some lightbulbs because there were over 5 out, 3 in just one bathroom, anyway again they never responded to email or called and someone just showed up no warning. White Shores Realty never responded to my email. I probably won’t ever rent a condo under their management again and I come to Orange Beach area 3-4 times a year! I wasn’t happy that they had changed the reclining couches after I had booked because we needed several recliners for people in our party with different injuries, one having just had foot surgery. The “new couches” are very uncomfortable. All of the closet shelves and fronts of cabinets in bathrooms and most doors had caked up dust or extremely sticky like they haven’t been cleaned in years!! Deep cleaning needed!!

Vacation with friends

Property manager should actually visit the rental unit I think this would help them determine if they should even rent the unit until repairs are done. We arrived to find kitchen cabinet drawers missing their covers, a previous unrepaired ceiling leak in the master shower, non functioning light switches in bedroom, missing bathtub stopper. We had to call White Sands to ask them to deliver a coffee maker. And of course there was the constant sounds of jack hammers and drills as there appeared to be a large amount of work being conducted on the exterior of the condo. The condo was spacious and tastefully decorated.

Family Vacation, not a vacation for mom and dad.

The pictures online show a clean well kept condo, but when we arrived we had to clean before we could set anything down. All the counters seemed to have a greasy grime to them. The floors were grimy with dirt and sand, understandable on a beach but there was no way to clean them or rugs to wipe feet off on. I swept with the broom several times a day and would have appreciated a vacuum. There was a house vacuum system but no instructions on how to operate it. There were many items that were broken including: the grill (very disappointing as we planned to grill most of the time we were there), most of the dining room chairs, a drawer face, cupboards, the large ice maker and the master bedroom light fixture that looked like it could have started on fire, the plastic was melted. The guest bathroom was really dirty, I sprayed everything down before anyone used it. Again, there were no rugs for bathrooms and the one super tiny rug available we used by the deck to wipe feet coming in from there which did no good. As others have stated we had to time the picking up of the keys at an office on the other side of town for 4-5. Hoping to get in and out of a near by restaurant so we could make the pick up window was a bit stressful and then my husband received a call at 3:30 that we could pick up the keys any time in their drop box. Why couldn't we have known that from the beginning so we didn't feel that pressure on our vacation? The instructions with our keys were very clear that it was our responsibility to keep the place clean and well cared for or they would charge our credit card on file. We ALWAYS leave a place better than we find it out of respect for the owners. But for the cost and the cleaning fee we should not have to clean the minute we walk through the door as well fix issues so we can stay comfortably and safely. I run a cleaning service and for the $$$ I would expect to leave a place spotless. My husband tried to contact the management several times and was told by an answering service, during what most would consider business hours, that they would pass on the message but received no communication back. Finally, he used the email they sent to let us know they had our money to make it clear that all the issues were not from our stay. No response! The location was the reason we chose this property and I am not sure of the condition of the other condos on site but 704 made our stay very stressful and not as relaxing as it should have been.

Not extremely happy with our stay. The patio was very, very dirty! It was pretty gross as a matter of fact. The building is just not new and I didn’t realize until after we stayed there that there are brand new places and they look way better for less than we paid for this. I Also did not like the 4 PM check in. Office is about 20 minutes away from where you have to pick up the key so check in is really more like 4:20. Most places you can check in at least by 3 PM. Also there is usually an 11 AM check out instead of 10 AM at most places. I will look around better before booking next time.
