The living room is a great place to relax and unwind after a sunny beach day. The fully equipped kitchen with a granite countertop, an under-counter ice machine, bar seating, and an open dining room has a place for all your guests. The large primary bedroom continues the beach chic décor featuring a king bed and more spectacular views. Step out of the main bedroom to the balcony with outdoor seating! The primary bath is private with a walk-in shower. The secondary guest bedrooms each have two double beds and share the hall bath with a tub-shower combination.  All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. The laundry has a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Romar House invites with manicured landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance will have guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Additional parking (beyond 2 spaces) for other vehicles/trailers/ etc. will need to be arranged off-site and are not included in the rental pricing.

***Two parking passes only are provided per reservation; the cost is $120.00 for both passes. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area.  Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.

***No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.
