Gregory was a great host and this property was perfect for my weekend in NOLA with friends! We had plenty of room, and the location was perfect and super convenient. I would definitely stay here with a large-ish group again.
Home was very beautiful and within walking distance to bourbon. Host was amazing and very tentative. His response time was immediate and his home was accurate and beautiful. Would definitely stay again!
The location was good and the place was nice and clean and the pics are to the tee of how it looks on Vrbo, literally 5 to 10 minutes in a car from the center of everything all though I wouldn't walk unless it was a croud of you and it's about a 7 to 10 block walk.
It is listed as a 2 bedroom, but only have one actual bedroom. Other than that, the property was great. And the owner was responsive when I needed them.
The house was perfect for what we needed at jazz fest. Good location, neighborhood was ok but we always felt safe we just took Ubers everywhere. Thereâs only one true bedroom and otherwise thereâs a day bed and pull out couch out in the open which was fine for us. Upstairs shower wasnât fully finished either. The host was super responsive and there was a cute neighborhood cat that would pay us a visit daily!
Convenient location to French Market, French Quarter, WW2 museum
Overall, my dad, sons and I had a great time at this property. Had a bit of a shock when we sighted a critter in the kitchen upon arrival, but I understand that this type of sighting is more typical in this part of the country. Comfy beds, clean and well-stocked bathroom and kitchen. Could have used bit more seating if the home is meant to sleep 4-6. Overall friendly, quick communication, but oddly no response when we alerted the owner to an issue with the smoke detectors, apparent leak in upstairs shower. Be aware that the stairs to the 2nd floor are not safe for young children or elderly/disabled. Friendly neighbors, but a bit loud at 10 at night.
