Comfy three bedroom home, with private bedrooms. Not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, but still minutes away from everything. Wonderful for weekend or extended stays. New Orleans is a Louisiana city on the Mississippi River, near the Gulf of Mexico. Nicknamed the "Big Easy," it's known for its round-the-clock nightlife, vibrant live-music scene and spicy, singular cuisine reflecting its history as a melting pot of French, African and American cultures. Embodying its festive spirit is Mardi Gras, the late-winter carnival famed for raucous costumed parades and street parties.
The house was well kept and clean. The host left supplies needed during our stay. It was a quiet area and overall pleasant experience! We will definitely book again.
My family and I enjoyed the house immensely. It was comfy, clean, had nice extras and touches. Denita was a great host and quick in communication. Would definitely stay again.
This place was decorated so well and smelled divine. It was only 8 minutes from Saenger Theater, which was where we going to see a show. However, the neighborhood wasnât the best. Kitchen essentials were provided, including a Keurig with k-pods. The property manager was very responsive.
The manager was so helpful and quick to address any question. The home smelt amazing when we arrived. And everything was so close by to our location. This was a great stay.
We had an amazing time. The home was awesome with plenty of AC. Things were clean. And I was thankful for the little birthday sign and flowers that I was greeted with. Plenty of supplies. PlentyPlentyofsupplies and
We had a great time in NOLA, at Jazz Fest, and we're very comfy in this rental.
With 5 adults, we needed enough space to not be in each others way all time, was walking distance to the festival, and a good price point. This property worked out perfectly, I think.
Neighborhood was completely safe, quiet, and within walking to both the festival and French Quarter. (30ish minutes) Ride shares were a great option too with helpful and friendly drivers.
No major stores around so we had some groceries delivered. No biggie to us.
Communication with the host was excellent, too! Denita is wonderful.
Kitchen came with everything we needed. Bathrooms were well stocked with great water pressure. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Even some extras in the closet for the pull-out sofa which was a pleasant surprise. WiFi worked great.
The house could use some additional side tables, small dressers, or flat surfaces in the bedrooms and/or dining room. The living room could do with an additional chair. But again, minor things that didn't bother us since we were out for several hours every day.
All in all, this was a great choice for anyone visiting NOLA. Very comfy home away from home.
Three former military friends spent 3 nights here. The neighborhood is abit sketchy. The home has obviously been upgraded but there are many things that are substandard. Doors that will not close, chairs that need replacing, table that wobbles, remote controls that donât work, no local tv channels, noisy ac units, etc.
Overall, it worked out for our needs. It was clean and had the accommodations that were listed in the profile. A few improvements and repairs to the house could make for a better experience (specifically the shower in the common bath). Otherwise, it was ok. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had a few Lyft drivers express concerns about safety. We had no issues though.
Everything was great. Property manager was very helpful and communicated well. Perfect location. Only issue was construction but other than that everything was perfect
Good spot, away from crazy crowds..no issues with Ubers or door dash finding us. No washer and dryer - just be awareâŠwe didnât realize, thatâs on us. FYI- you have to walk through one bedroom to get through the other. Needs bedside tables - not one room in the house has them. Stocked with coffee, kitchen stuff and plenty of towels for everyone. AC in living room never cooled, room units were ice cold. No problem with parking right in front of house. Felt safe. Would recommend
The place was nice, but at least a mile walk to anything useful. Ubers were not bad, but none of the drivers seemed to know the area. The house was very nice, lacked a few utensils/dishes for cooking/eating, but it was okay since we ate out a lot. I would rent again.
We enjoyed the stay in New Orleans. We were there for the Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon and we were very close to the location of the run and just minutes from downtown New Orleans. The house was decorated very nicely and plenty of room to stretch out. The host was very nice and even left us some goodies for the stay. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe in the home.
