House Rules:

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM Self-check-in details provided before arrival
Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Please communicate during these hours and inform us if arriving after 9:00 PM.)

No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are NOT allowed inside the tiny home.
Tampering with or removing smoke detectors is illegal and will result in a $1,000 fine.

Pets
Pets allowed with approval: $100 non-refundable pet fee (maximum 2 well-behaved dogs).
Sleeping arrangements required for pets. Pet waste must be picked up—failure to do so may result in additional fees.
Guests & Visitors
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (additional $20 per guest, per night after 2 guests).
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No parties, events, or unapproved visitors.
Quiet Hours & Noise
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
No loud music, excessive rowdiness, or excessive drinking—violations will result in a $1,000 party fine.
Cleanliness & Respect
Please treat the space as your own and leave it tidy upon departure.
Clean up after using outdoor areas, BBQ, and provided amenities so the next guests can enjoy them.
If something is wrong, missing, or broken, let us know—we’re happy to fix it.
Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the suite.
No illegal activities or substances allowed on the property.
