Your spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom lake house is set on Lake Anna's tranquil private side, offering generous indoor and outdoor spaces for up to 10 guests. It's the ideal setting for multi-generational family vacations, fishing trips, or friends seeking a relaxing escape.

Inside, find two distinct living areas, each with comfortable seating and smart TVs, ensuring everyone has space to relax. The large, fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy for groups, complete with a dining nook. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms with queen beds (two queens, one bunk bed with a queen on bottom) and a fourth bedroom with two full beds. The home's single-level layout and ramp access make it wheelchair-friendly, with no interior steps for easy movement.

Step outside to your private oasis. The screened-in porch provides a bug-free dining area, while the patio features comfortable seating and a propane grill for lakeside BBQs. 1. Please respect our quiet residential neighborhood. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. No discharging of firearms at any time.

3. We are pet-friendly! A small, non-refundable pet fee applies. Please keep pets leashed outdoors and clean up after them promptly.
4. The home is wheelchair accessible with a ramp to the front door and no interior steps. A gravel path leads to the backyard and dock.
5. Trash and recycling bins are located at the end of the driveway; please ensure they are placed out for collection on scheduled days (details inside).
6. While the lake provides ample enjoyment, please note that the property is on a well and septic system. We appreciate mindful water usage.
