With its rustic charm, open floor plan and quaint details, this fully equipped gem is the ideal place to unwind. During warmer months, admire the hummingbirds flit among the wildflowers or explore the endless hiking trails in the surrounding wilderness. In the winter, hit the slopes at Belleayre Ski Resort.

Welcome to our fully equipped 1000 sq. ft 2-bedroom home! Here's what you'll find:

• 1st Bedroom: double bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 2 twin beds, with a queen-size air mattress stored under the 1st bed & a dog bed stored beneath the 2nd bed
• Living Area: sofas, 55" HDTV with Roku guest mode, toys, books, games & device charging ports
• Kitchen: fully equipped. Extras - breakfast bar, dining table, waffle-making station, blender, cooking essentials, Bialetti, Nespresso machine, Chemex, Drip coffee maker, fresh coffee, frother & grinder
• Bathroom: shower-in-bath combo, hairdryer & toiletries
• Outdoor Area: covered/furnished upper & lower decks with gas and charcoal grills, as well as a firepit in the garden area

• Dining: visit the nearby Peekamoose Restaurant and Tap Room, a popular local eatery known for its simple farmhouse cuisine or Tito Bandito's across the street for a quick margarita
• Outdoor Activities: check out Big Indian Park to enjoy hiking and camping or Belleayre Mountain Ski Center to hit the slopes for some fun snow endeavors
• Places to See: experience the world's largest kaleidoscope at the Emerson Shoppes, visit the Blue Barn's 3,000 sq ft antique marketplace along Route 28, or make a detour to Woodstock's popular main street

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• To provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization charge of $38 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in until check-out
• Bring up to 2 pets for an extra fee of $100/pet/stay. Dogs must be well-behaved and crated when left alone
• Late check-out is available until 12:00 pm for a $50 fee
• The stairs are really steep and may be unsuitable for individuals with reduced mobility
• Be cautious when entering or exiting the unit as the driveway and gate entrance are narrow
• Please note that there are two outdoor security cameras facing the driveway for security purposes

Great little getaway to bellarye mt

Peaceful Get Away

The Hummingbird house was a cozy and comfortable place to stay in the Catskills. It had all the comforts of home in a relaxing setting. Our hosts were very welcoming. Would stay there again.

Catskill Chalet is a perfect rental experience!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hosts thought of everything - from the welcome sign outside, to the prominent wi-fi instructions, to a long list of unexpected extras. The house is very easy to get to, and Belleayre Resort is literally one mile away, so you're out the door, geared up, and on the slopes in 15 minutes. This was a perfect spot for our family of four, and we will definitely consider staying again.

Pine Hill Living

The Hummingbird House was the perfect place for our family of five. The trip to the base lodge at Belleayre is about five minutes. This ideal when you are traveling with three children. Then after a long day on the mountain, you get to come back to a cozy house to relax, nibble on snacks, have a drink (or two) shower up and are able to walk to the restaurants in town. Tito Bandito's and the Pine Hill Arms supply great food and happy, country atmospheres.

Ski trip

We wanted to spend a few days skiing at Belleayre and the house is conveniently located just a few minutes drive away. The premises were very clean and provided all of the comfort we needed during our staying. The pantry was nicely stocked and the kitchen had plenty of appliances to cook a storm if we wanted to. Room for improvement consists of better beds/mattresses (I know it is subjective but the twin bed is really too soft and the single ones weren't any better) and more tableware. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We would go back for another skiing experience!

Everything I Could Ask For! And More!!

a charming mountain retreat, seemingly rustic yet outfitted with modern conveniences, perfect for a weekend with friends. so close to so many great hiking spots, not to mention a Simpsons episode away from the lovely Woodstock. our very gracious hosts left us some of the nicest chocolate and a bottle of wine--perfect snacks and bevs for a night in with a cozy movie or a board game after a long day of adventures. the bathtub was large and perfect for a soak, and the beds were so soft, comfy, and inviting, providing the perfect rest between our daily exploits. and whenever we needed anything, the hosts were attentive and easy to reach. did i mention the chocolate already??? on our last day, we were simply crestfallen to leave not only the beautiful Catskills but our lovely home for the weekend. whomp whomp.

Beautiful, welcoming home in the Catskills

Perfect location for exploring the Catskills, this beautiful home has all of the amenities you could hope for. The cleanliness, attention to detail (coffee, wine, waffles!), everything about it was inviting. Watching the stars from the fire pit in the garden was a dream. I hope to visit again!

Gem in the mountains

We loved our stay here! Perfect for a family. Loved the porch and quaintness of the space. Also great location to explore the mountains and other small towns! Tito’s was a hit, too! We would definitely come back to this beautiful house in the mountains!
