Great Accommodations & Location

The property had a great living space, kitchen, and the deck overlooked the golf course. It was located right down the street from the Granby City Market and the Granby Rodeo. Our family would definitely stay at this location again.

Great Comfy Location!

Super clean townhome in Granby with the comforts of home. The radiant heating in the floors was new to us but the home was always warm.Great new kitchen stocked well with a Keurig, dishes, pans ,bowls etc for creating a meal with family. Our family of four (2 couples) enjoyed the comfortable furniture and the beds were great also. Very nice open spaces. We had plenty of room. Location was perfect for us and close to RMNP, Grand Lake, , Winter Park, Tabernash with a City Market within walking distance. Loved cooking with gas and the gas fireplace. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Very clean

We enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker and nice large washer and dryer. We were in Granby visiting family. The condo was very nice. We especially liked having 3 full bathrooms. The place was very updated with a great kitchen. We would definitely consider renting it again.

Beautiful place to stay

This home was absolutely stunning and a joy to stay in. The home is beautiful and incredibly well kept and clean. The house offers amazing features, high end finishes with a home away from home level of comfort. We will certainly be going back as often as we can.

Perfect Mountain Beauty Central

I just rented the place for its location and beauty. The day hiking in and around Granby is perfect for all ages! It is 30 mins to Winter Park/ MaryJane and a hour and a half away from Steamboat Springs. The new duplex has a great open concept is great for cooking and entertaining and the grocery store is walking distance! I appreciated the affordability and the location!

Eagle Ridge 84

This place was awesome! The location is perfect. Close to downtown Granby but also close to Grand Lake and Winter Park. You get the best of everything! The house is amazing with plenty of room for the whole family, or a few couples tons of space to move around and a great kitchen for cooking and socializing. The furniture is comfortable and all the beds are top notch. You cant go wrong here. Cant wait to get back.

Home away from home!

Staying at Eagle Ridge 84 was a relaxing wonderful experience. The house is beautiful. It is very spacious with an upper level living area connected to the kitchen and a separate living room in the lower level. It is decorated nicely with cozy comfortable furniture. It was new and up to date while also feeling homey and welcoming. The deck was really large with a grilling area and a nice outdoor couch facing a wonderful view of mountains in the distance and a golf course in the forefront. The house is in a convenient location for many fun places, right in Granby, only around 20 mins from Grand Lake, Winter Park, and the Hot Sulfur Hot springs. We will absolutely revisit this home the next thins we are looking to stay in the area. It was a great home away from home!

Fantastic townhome

Super awesome townhome located in granby. Easy access to all the adventures Colorado has to offer in this area. Our family felt at home in this modern updated townhome and it was great for our young kids.

Beautiful Townhome!

This beautiful townhome is even better than the pictures! The views from the balcony each day were spectacular! A grocery store is right next to the safe neighborhood, Winter Park Ski Resort, Tubing and horseback riding/sleigh rides are nearby also. The kitchen was gorgeous, we made dinner every night. Everyone had their own nice bathrooms, and comfy beds! The garage was a big plus too, it snowed the first couple of days! Can’t say enough positive things about this place! We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful property

The process of dealing with Turnkey rentals was unpleasant to say the least, they have bad customer service wherein a ‘supervisor’ who is supposed to help with you concerns doesn’t call you back at all. The property is beautiful, well maintained, spacious and pretty private. Would highly recommend the property

Great Townhome in Granby

Stayed in October 2020 in this great, modern townhome. Really enjoyed the modern, clean, and classy townhome. Location is an easy half hour drive (or less) to Grand Lake, Fraser, and Winter Park (and we did things in all of these places). Only a few miles to downtown Granby and short walk to a new City Market. House was a hit with my whole family. Nice porch would have been great for grilling/eating in a different season. Would easily come back to this house in the future. Best of three houses we have rented in the last few months.

New, clean and beautiful condo.

Great new and spacious condo. Very quiet neighborhood and near grocery store and some restaurants. Highly recommend. Turnkey is very fast to get back to you with any concern.

Great Place

We have rented vacation properties for over 30 years and this was a very good property. The furnishings were great and the unit was well equipped. One short coming was the use of Samsung Smart TV instead of cable in the bedrooms. An event that was a bit disconcerting is that someone was tasked to come by and pickup the recycling. They did not announce that they were coming or were there and I opened the door at 8 AM to find a stranger entering the garage. Previous renters had complained about the homes under construction nearby but we did not think it was a problem at all.

Beautiful location

No tissues anywhere in the townhouse and not enough dishwasher soap. Shower towels were limited for the amount of people. All are minor thing that were worked around. Beautiful place/location. The construction was a little inconvenient due to only one way in or out of the townhouses.

Perfect place for family.

We were in town for a family wedding. This property was perfect! Room to spread out, close to grocery store, and easy to get to. It’s brand new, with high end appliances. And it has gorgeous views!!!

The house had everything we needed. And the Mountain view on both sides of the building was speechless. Too bad there was a lot of construction going on still. If it wasn't for the early morning noise this home would of got a perfect score.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Granby for the first time and hand a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It wa decorated beautifully and had so much room. The bathrooms re huge and the kitchen is completely stocked if everything you could need. Lots of sleeping room and so close to several lakes, golf course, hiking and biking trails.
