Get ready to make lasting memories in this beautiful custom 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Our home is a true ski in/out with views of the ski hill and surrounding mountains. Heated decks to enjoy the views, heated driveway, ski racks in the garage, a private hot tub, and 2 family rooms! Our summer season is also not to be missed and offers golfing, mountain biking, summer concerts at the base, hiking trails, and fly fishing along the Fraser River. Grand Lake and RMNP are also a quick 30-min drive!

This luxury 4-bedroom mountain home on two levels has an open floor plan, 2 outdoor patios, 2 living areas, and a brand new outdoor hot tub. This home is perfect for a large group or family to enjoy everything Grand County has to offer and more. The main level of the home features a living room with a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV perfect for movie night after a day on the slopes. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to cook up a large family meal and has an induction cooktop, convection oven, and large island that seats three. Opposite the island is a spacious dining table that seats 10. There is also an outdoor dining table on the outside deck with seating for 10. This deck area has built-in heaters to enjoy the space year-round. There is a powder bathroom right off the main entrance near the stairway. Also located on the main level is the Owner’s bedroom with a King bed, an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, two sinks, and a walk-in closet. Sip morning coffee on the East patio or grill up a feast on the gas grill.
The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Downstairs you will find a second primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with glass-
enclosed shower and walk-in closet. Two additional guest bedrooms on the lower level feature a Queen bed in one room and 2 sets of Twin over Full bunk sets in another room. The two guest rooms share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and single sink. Our second family room is also located on this level with 2 large sofas, a large flat-screen smart TV, and an electric fireplace. Our hot tub is just outside the sliding glass doors! Soak your worries away in the hot tub on the lower patio, enjoying the stars over the mountain range views.
All bedrooms have blackout shades for improved sleep (especially as the sunshine in Colorado is quite bright). An iron, ironing board, and hair dryers are also provided for your convenience.
Per your request, a highchair, pack-and-play, and baby gates can be provided as well.

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, rice cooker and waffle maker).

Other Amenities:
The Ranch House at Granby Ranch (5 minutes away by car) has a heated year-round pool and hot tub, ping-pong table, foosball, and a fitness center with weights, treadmills, etc. Current rates for guests of Granby Ranch are $10 for a Day Pass per guest (kids 6 and under are free). Simply provide a copy of your reservation with the address showing.

- 5-minute drive to Ski Granby Resort Parking Lot (where the entrance, the Ranch House, and
the various seasonally available dining options are located).
- Hiking and Biking Trails are accessible outside the property.
- 5-minute drive to Granby Ranch Golf Course
- 10-minute drive to Grand Elk Golf Course
- A Disc Golf Course is available during the Summer via chairlift access via day lift passes.
- Lift-accessed downhill mountain biking and cross-country trails available. (Requires
signed liability waiver and either a day pass or lift ticket purchase)
- 30-minute drive to Grand Lake and the Kawuneeche Visitor Center in Rocky Mountain
National Park
- 30-minute drive to Winter Park Ski Resort
- 20-minute drive to Hot Sulphur Springs
- 20-minute drive to Lake Granby
- 8-minute drive to City Market (Groceries), McDonalds, & Subway
- 10-minute drive to the town of Granby

House Rules:
1. Please respect Granby’s quiet hours: 9 PM to 7 AM. The renter is responsible for all costs
related to noise violations received during their stay.
2. No events of any kind are permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction
and a $1500 fine.
3. Only four vehicles maximum at this property (two inside the garage and two in the
driveway). No on-street parking is allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine and tow. The renter
is responsible for any costs incurred.
4. Minimum 25 years of age to rent.
5. This house is smoke-free and vape-free. This is also a policy of Granby Ranch. By renting
this house, you are agreeing to not smoke in this house. Your deposit is forfeited if
evidence of smoke is found upon checkout.
6. Owner and Winter Park House are not liable for damages, loss, theft, or injury to guests.
The supervision and safety of all children are the direct responsibility of Guests, Parents,
or Caretakers of any child on the property.
7. No boats or trailers are allowed. This is HOA policy. Any fines from the homeowner
association will be taken out of the refundable deposit.
8. No pets of any kind permitted in our home including ESA’s.
If pets are found in our home this results in a loss of deposit, eviction, and additional cleaning fees.

Important to note -
*This house is equipped with noise & smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present with one in the garage.
*Our owners are highly allergic to dogs. This is a dog-free property.

House was outstanding! Best views in Grand county. The layout is perfect for togetherness as well as privacy. Kitchen amply stocked. Lots of wildlife around the property. Very quiet at end of cut de sac but still easily accessible to everything. Super clean. Property management was thorough and communicative. We frequent Granby and this was by far the best house.

A very short walk to the ski runs Granby. The best part was the heated garage where you could store boots, skis, shoes etc. Never seen that before. When you have a large group, that always becomes a problem. Not at this lovely home

Amenities and house were phenomenal. The house is lovely and cozy for two families. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars(4.5 was not an option) is that since snowfall levels were very low and trail was closed so it was NOT a ski in-ski out property. Obviously is mother natures fault but we would’ve appreciated a head up or a partial discount for the inconveniences. We contacted property managers (Winter Park) and they said sorry giving us the options to refund the 2 for the shuttle or said we could walk thru the trail to get down into the lift. We tried and it was almost 500yds chalking in skis. Our kids 9 &11 are tough but not enough to do it again. Unfortunately it was a NO-No for our friends who had smaller kids. So yeah, house is awesome, just check that ALL runs or at least Home-Again are open next time! You can prob stay at base camp for same or less and not have to deal with Winter Park properties.

Great Property!

This property was awesome! Amazing views and all the amenities you could ever need. Very relaxing and great views of the mountains in the distance. We saw a lot of wildlife off the back patio. Would definitely recommend this property.

Grain Valley, MO XC Training Camp

We had a wonderful stay in Granby. We brought our XC team here to train at altitude before heading back to Missouri to start our season. We loved running on the nearby trails and relaxing at the house during the evening. The house was beautiful and laid out perfectly for our team!

Loved our Stay at the Lofty Haus

Our family all enjoyed our stayed. The place was exactly what we were expecting. Everything was so clean and we loved sitting outside on the decks and enjoy the mountain views. The kids loved being able to see deer in the morning and evening. Having the two living spaces worked just perfect for our family but allowed us to come together for meals and games. There were so many hiking trails in the area. The house is situated in the middle between other towns that we could go explore. We highly recommend the Lofty Haus.

Privacy Nightmare

We stayed at this home for 4 nights over a long weekend. During our stay we encountered a number of issues related to high-tech systems. But the most concerning issue is the only one I will convey here: security cameras that record INSIDE the home and ground level bathrooms with no window coverings that allow someone standing outside the window to view the ENTIRE bathroom, shower, toilet, etc, at a range of 5 feet, without anyone inside the bathroom knowing. Many vacation rental properties have external cameras, that record public areas: driveway, front porch, etc. I have seen that many times and have no issue with it. The difference with this home is that it has three cameras that record in private areas. Garage camera records 360 degrees in the garage, and when door to home is open, it records half of the kitchen. Upper patio camera also records 360 degree of the second floor patio, and through the kitchen window with direct view of the island, sink, and fridge. Lower patio camera records the access path between the sliding door and the hot tub, though not the hot tub itself. Private patios, and definitely the attached, dedicated, private garage, are areas where Colorado law identifies as areas where it is reasonable to expect privacy. The interior of the home, however, isn't even a matter of law, though law covers it, must not be recorded at all. I emailed the management company telling them that I was disappointed with the disregard for personal privacy at the home. I told them I had rented other homes with them in the past, and was looking for reassurance that future rentals with them would not yield similar issues. Their response was essentially: The owner is old, lives in another state, no other renters noticed the cameras recording them in the kitchen/garage/patio/hot tub, and no other renters noticed that the lower bathroom is 100% visible from the outside at night, so feel free not to book with us anymore. Before you book this property, or any other property under management by this company, make sure you are OK with potentially having cameras recording INSIDE the home and be ok with bathrooms that are 100% visible to anyone outside the home.
