Magnolia Den sits at the edge of wooded ravine minutes from the bustle of Gatlinburg, making it perfect for a Great Smoky Mountain getaway. One bedroom plus spacious sleeping loft provides a comfy space to unwind. The sizeable porch and picnic area with firepit extend the living beyond four walls. Easily accessible on Hwy 321 and convenient to all the area has to offer.
Magnolia Den is a modern cabin with the traditional feeling of a mountain home. Nestled amongst magnolia trees with a sizable yard, it's a perfect Smoky Mountain cabin when travelling with pets.
If you're looking to explore the GSMNP without the crowds, Cosby is for you. The hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby, but Cosby and our cabin provide a true mountain experience. So, start your mornings with a cup of coffee or tea on the back porch and plan your day in the serenity of the Great Smoky Mountains.

There's parking on the premises as well as an outlet for electric vehicle charging on the sign post. The Nema 14-50R outlet is for EV charging by register guests only. Guests will need to bring their own charging cables, etc. No RV charging and/or RV stays.
Pets are allowed with arrangements ahead of time, but no more than two dogs, please. Any unauthorized pets will result in an added $100 fee for a deep cleaning. No parties/events permitted, as we encourage to enjoy the serenity of the mountains.
You will have the entire cabin and surrounding outdoor area to yourself. We do ask that you stay within the marked boundary to respect our neighbors. Bears have been spotted on our property with some regularity, so we ask you to keep garbage and coolers from gathering outside.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was in great shape and very cozy to relax ourselves during our stay. The owners gave great thought to the conveniences provided for a relaxing stay. The location was practical for our short stay and allowed us to visit Cades Cove for a great tour of Mountain View’s.

A very clean and beautiful cabin! Everything was ready for us when we got there. It was easy to find and had a large area around it to walk our dog. It was spacious enough for 3 adults and our small dog. The drive to Gatlinburg was easy and about 25 minutes so it was in a good location. The hosts were very good to check on us to see if we were in need of anything.

Nice cabin if you have an EV

Very nice cabin, clean and very organized good location away from crowded Gatlinburg. Good fire pit with plenty of logs available with picnic table. Really great if you have a EV. We have a Tesla and with included 220 outlet we did not have to worry about getting charged up. Could go anywhere in park or Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg no worries. Also easy to get to on hwy 321.

GREAT CABIN

The cabin was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and the porch overlooking the woods was great. The place is close to all the shopping yet far enough away to be peaceful and way less traffic. All of our favorite hiking was just minutes away. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful cabin!

With roots in eastern Tennessee, and all the area has to offer, it was a natural choice to start our vacation rental business in the Great Smoky Mountains. We chose Cosby for our cabins because its close to everything, but still offers a more quiet and rural setting.

Our cabins have direct access to Hwy 321, the main road heading east out of Gatlinburg, so they're easy to find and accessible. Yet, they offer a respite from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
