Cute little cabin community, it was perfect for our long weekend. I only have one suggestion for the host. Extra blankets would have been wonderful at night.

The cabin is how it is described and pictured. The couch and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was accommodating. The porch was so cozy for our morning coffee. Our only complaint was there was dust/ cobwebs over doorframes and in corners. And there was pet hair under the couch cushions. The owner was very responsive to us. Overall we would stay here again, just needs a little deeper clean.

Chris, morning coffee on that porch is a quiet highlight of the cabin, and it is good to know the beds and couch were just as comfortable. Thanks for the note on the dusty corners, we are tackling it with a deeper clean. Come back and enjoy that porch again.

Our stay at the cabin was great. Everything was as described, including the bears showing up at the property, which the host warned us about. Josh replied within minutes to our messages and was super helpful. We will definitely work with him again next time we visit the park.

It was a wonderful place to stay for our family of three. It was very clean and had the essentials we needed, plus some. The location was nice as well, felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere, but with many options to shop and eat at. Gatlinburg downtown was closeby as well as the sports complex. Josh communicated very well with us.

A simple cozy cabin that has everything you need for your trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Host was very responsive to messages! There is a nice cooking/fire pit area to relax and hang out! The front porch is great for sitting and relaxing as well! Location is close enough to town but still out in the country where you can see all the wildlife (we did see a bear on this road).

The host was very responsive, and the cabin was 10 min from downtown! It was very clean and comfortable. Our dog came with us and check in/out was easy. Would recommend for a stay in Gaitlinburg!

House is clean and updated. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings drinking coffee. We even had a bear encounter on the property which was a highlight of the trip! The outside property wasn't as cared for as the inside though. The grass needed to be mowed and weeds cut. The cornhole bags had been eaten by animals. I did contact the owner, and they had new bags sent out by Walmart.

Loved it! Great communication with the host. Clean, cozy cabin in a calm, quiet setting. Great for our family and pup. Watched deer stroll the property while we enjoyed the porch. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. I appreciate the communication from the host and that the cabin was pet friendly. The kitchen provided needed items for cooking. I would suggest bringing a large skillet if you plan to make meals for more than one. Bring kitchen towels too. They provide a few but if you think you will need more bring a few from home.

We appreciated that the host made an effort to address the issues we brought to their attention. However, the overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing, particularly the beds, linens, and sofa. After driving for 9 hours to reach the destination, it was very inconvenient to arrive and find that the bed linens needed to be replaced before we could comfortably settle in.While we appreciate the guest/host’s attempt to resolve the situation, the condition of the accommodations and the inconvenience we experienced ultimately made us feel that the listing was not worth the added hassle. Clean and fresh bedding and linens are a basic expectation when arriving at a vacation rental, especially after a long day of travel.I hope the feedback is helpful and that more attention is given to the cleanliness and preparation of the property for future guests.

Very cute and cozy cabin in a great location in proximity to Gatlinburg AND Pigeon Forge. It’s less than an hour drive to Cades Cove, but you can see Bears within a few minutes drive from the Cabin if you’re willing to put in the windshield time! There’s plenty of grass in the front yard area for your pets and a pond that if you’re lucky will see a Barred Owl catching crawfish in! We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Josh is a great host.

Based on the photos, We believed we were getting a great spot. Upon arrival we discovered how filthy the cabin was, and then upon unloading and went to put our cold items and medications that are required to be refrigerated in the fridge.... We discover that it isn't cold, at all. It's running, freezer is frozen but the fridge was room temp. So I messaged the host to which I did not get a reply until late the next morning. We tried to troubleshoot the issue and decided/hoped the host would be by our have someone out to resolve the issue. When we returned there was no response to my last message and the fridge still not working. So I messaged again, No response for 10 hours. Then we discovered no hot water in the kitchen. Just a horrible host and a very unclean and unkempt property.
