This home has 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The loft is counted as the 2nd bedroom and can also be used for a working space. Amenities include: onsite washer and dryer, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and games.

Short walk to Carlsbad Village and train station. Easy drive to LEGOLAND, Seaworld, Animal Park and Zoo.

Loft-Bedroom #2: (Upstairs) Entertainment and extra Sleep Space. Includes Twin Day bed, with twin trundle, Smart TV, and Desk. Sleeps 2

Outdoor area:
Relax and lounge around! Enjoy the outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower with hot water.

Washer/Dryer - Located in the garage

Living Areas:
Enjoy the comforts of home in our inviting living space equipped with Big Screen TV. Please no food or drink in the living area.

Kitchen/Dining Area - Dining room table located next to Kitchen. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and serving your favorite meals.

This is a family friendly neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

No smoking-$500 fine

No partying-$1000 fine and immediate eviction

No pets

No guests permitted on the property that are not on the original reservation.

Music must be at a low volume outside and no music with profanity.

Please be respectful of our neighbors when outside.

Must be 25 and up to book.

No parking in garage
