Located in a quiet Sagle neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 95 & Sandpoint. Please note this is a family neighborhood & late/loud parties are not allowed.
The home sleeps six comfortably IN BEDS. 1 King in the primary bedroom, Queen beds in bedrooms 2 & 3. We will allow additional guests to sleep in the tv room on a large sectional (2 people could âshareâ a section); in the main living room, someone could sleep on the couch & there is a large bean bag sleeper-type chair. We can also provide air mattresses if needed with notice, plus linens & bedding provided for these extra sleeping areas. Max people allowed are 10.
We can provide most baby accessories like a pack & play or high chair with notice. Have a special request? Just ask & we will try to accommodate you to make this the best family vacation ever.
This is the perfect home for family gatherings with a large open kitchen with a big table that can comfortably seat 8 plus 3 at the kitchen bar stools. There is also a wine fridge! The main living room is open viewing from the kitchen & has a fireplace for those cool nights. The TV room is off the main living room, and it has a LARGE, comfy sectional sofa.
The backyard patio is covered & has a tv & gas firepit. Off the back, the porch is a hot tub for you to warm up in. In warmer weather, enjoy the garden & the fully fenced large yard, complete with a massive wood fire pit. You will have access to the garage.
Dogs are considered/approved on a case-by-case with an additional deposit. This is like a new home, so no dogs that are not potty trained or well behaved.
This home is available monthly/extended stays through April 30, 2023.
