Start with your covered and furnished front porch where you can fire up the gas grill to add a little spice to your home-cooked menu, kick back and watch the world go by with cup of coffee or evening cocktail or enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub. Inside, this home features a great room comprised of a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, an intimate table for two, and a living area with a soaring ceiling, gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels.

This home also comes with a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a convenient desk and chair in the loft for your laptop.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
