We spent the month of March in Tucson and found the condo to be perfect for our needs. The location is central with many great amenities within walking distance or a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and right on the Rillito River Path. We would definitely stay here again.
The condo that I rented for this trip was just what we wanted and really affordable and in a great area where we were able to order food and just be lazy.
We loved that we could be walking on the Rillito loop trail just steps away from our condo. We were very comfortable there & it was very clean. We were concerned because the street has lots of traffic but the condo is far back from there & we were not bothered by the noise. There is some construction going for a new building, but that only is during daytime. We definitely would stay there again!
Condo nice and neat. Pool key didnât work annd not a key for the loop. And couldnât find address of place on receipt and trying to find email confirmation for address not easy amidst the emails and texts you receive for planning the visit. Text message help reach Vacasa who did respond quickly. Great location for what we visiting in Tucson
There lace was beautiful, pool and jacuzzi wonderful. Communication with Vacasa was anything but.
We had 5 people and did not have enough sheets. I called the 800 number only to be told that per our contract we were not entitled to another pair of sheets. I questioned the person who I was speaking with and he became angry with me and very unprofessional. I asked to speak to someone in charge, after a brief hold he told me someone would call me back. I never received (and still havenât) received a phone call.
I then used the text message to try to get in touch with someone to get a set of sheets. They did not respond for over 24 hours.
Our last day around 9 am, before the 10 am checkout, there was a woman hanging outside of the condo with a bottle of Tide in her hand. She was just waiting for us to leave. Again, this was very irritating to me as a paying customer.
