You've selected one of the few island condos that have a fantastic panoramic view from the balcony with sunsets that are breathtaking over the Intracoastal waterway. Your unobstructed, long view of the ocean is a primary reason you came, and you won't be disappointed.
Each bedroom has a great view of the Atlantic, and most other condos do not have the room privacy this has because of their configuration. There are only five of these two-bedroom deluxe units with south and westerly long views of the whole island.
The living room is spacious, invigorating the openness. The beach below is not the overcrowded ruckus you find at some of the other locations. You'll find fresh sea shells that haven't been picked over 20 dozen times, and your walk will bring you past some of the finest beach houses you could dream of owning. If you need to stay active this is the place.
North Carolina has some of the best golf courses around, and it's a paddling paradise for kayak/canoe lovers. For nature lovers, you have one of two facilities on the east coast that rescues and cares for the endangered Loggerhead sea turtle right in your backyard behind the Topsail Beach Town Hall.
St. Regis amenities include elevators, a basketball court, a kids' playground, a fitness center with a sauna, and an outdoor pool.
This isn't just a summer place either - it would be nice to return and relax during the off-season when you can still take advantage of the beautiful stretches of pristine beach, the ocean view from your living room, and the unforgettable sunsets when nature adds her touch of color. During August, September, and October you may even see the loggerhead turtle hatchlings heading to the open sea along the beach on one of your daytime or famous moonlit strolls.
