The expansive living room is designed for comfort and connection, featuring a massive sectional couch, a wall-mounted TV, and a stereo system for entertainment. (Please note: The fireplace is not available for use.)

Dining & Kitchen
Flowing seamlessly from the living area, the dining room is centered around a rustic wooden table for eight, surrounded by sturdy, leather-tacked chairs—perfect for gathering over meals and wine.

The fully stocked kitchen includes:

This home includes a hot tub for your enjoyment. A $100 hot tub usage fee (listed under the “Resort” category) helps cover maintenance to ensure the tub is clean and ready for your stay.

To protect this amenity, we also require a fully refundable hot tub deposit, processed securely through our API-integrated management system in accordance with Airbnb’s policies on offline fees. The deposit will be refunded in full provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.

Please note that the Town of Windsor no longer allows non-hosted short-term rentals within town limits. This is a **hosted listing**, meaning the owner or designated host stays on-site in a separate garage apartment during your visit. You will have full privacy in the main home, with someone nearby if needed—allowing us to remain compliant with local regulations while ensuring you have a comfortable stay.
