It’s surrounded by eateries, entertainment, parks, ball park village, Cardinal’s and blues games. Free shuttle to the ball games!! HOUSE RULES: •NO Smoking!! $300 fine if detected
Please Potty trained animals only!!
Pickup behind your pets please. $50 per pet, per week for long stays. Must be on a leash, it’s required by local law!

Great location!

We had a wonderful long weekend in the Soulard townhouse. It was a perfect location with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and local attractions. The property was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Awesome place & location

The place was very nice & clean. Location was excellent in the middle of Soulard! Easy to get to, parking was always available. We would definitely stay again!

Dirty Property

Place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Also, wasn’t cleaned well before our stay. Black feet from walking on the floors. Pee on the toilet seats. Grease splatters mover the cooktop and microwave. Spilled stuff on nightstands and carpet. Surfaces just gross. Notified prop mgr right away. Offered me a 50 refund instead of offering to send someone out to clean the property for us. They ended up just refunding the cleaning fee. Hopefully it gets cleaned. Stay elsewhere in Soulard. Especially for what we paid.

Great Soulard location

Comfortable and clean townhouse, walkable to restaurants, bars, live music and Soulard market. Very comfortable for the six of us who ended up staying but would perhaps have been tight accommodations for the eight or nine we originally planned for, especially since we are mostly single adults, not couples or families, so sharing beds would have been somewhat awkward.

Great location

Location was perfect and host was responsive. Nice little fenced in area for our dog. Quiet neghborhood with restaurants nearby. Molly's is within walking distance and they have a free, reliable shuttle to Busch Stadium, which we used twice. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Kitchen appliances were pretty worn, so glad we didn't plan to do much cooking.

St Patrick’s Day Weekend

Our stay was wonderful! When we first arrived, we were a little taken back by the size of the property as the pictures made it look much more spacious, but there was plenty of room for all of us the layout made it very conducive to all be in the same area of the home for meals, discussions, etc. The location was perfect for our activities!

Great location in downtown St Louis

Had my two children and their families stay for my nephew’s wedding. Room downstairs allowed my two grandchildren a quiet area for naps while the main floor was big enough for us to gather.

Long weekend in St. Louis to see local sights

We had a great time in the Soulard district of St. Louis. We visited, the Arch, Budweiser, Missouri Botanical Garden and St. Charles. Many highlights but the Botanical Garden is the best one we have ever visited. The residence we stayed at met our expectations and would stay there again. The host was very prompt and accommodating. The one downside was the kitchen was very tiny but we made it work.

This house is a great location. A lot restaurants, bars, walking distance to many attractions. Did not rent a car, walked most of trip and used Uber for any additional trans needs. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

College reunion

Our stay overall was great. Can't say enough about the location of the property to everything. Wonderful neighborhood. The host responded promptly and even initiated contact just checking in on us. I would recommend this property.

Great location

The location of the property is ideal—close to restaurants and a park for the kids. Kim was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She was also helpful when we had questions. The unit is a little tight and has a lot of stairs for families with small children. The top floor can get a little warm since there is 1 AC unit for the entire house that is 3 floors. Overall we enjoyed the unit and the location.

Untidy and poor amenities

This host was pleasant but this place needs serious attention if they plan to continue to host. When walking into the property, you can see dirt on all floors. The carpets were stained through the apartment as well. In addition, the microwave appears to have been repaired with glue as the handle was barely attached to the unit. Overall, the property did not feel welcoming, clean, or warm. The sofa is extremely worn and needs to be replaced. We were not pleased with the condition of the property and would not recommend another stay. Side note: I did reach out to request that someone come and mop the floors, but was asked to clarify my request.

Location was not in good. I’ll take some responsibility not knowing the area but found out quickly. I was disappointed in the cleanliness and no communication from owner regarding important issues.

Weekend Getaway

Host was extremely responsive especially with the difficulty of getting the house with the auto keypad. The place was perfectly located. 40 minute walk to the Arch, 15 min. drive to the zoo. The City Museum is a must- think human habit trail meets steampunk era. We ate breakfast at Mauki's- AMAZING!!! Pizzeoli's woodfire pizza is excellent-and a 10 minute walk for pick up! I would suggest bringin blankets if you like to snuggle up and watch tv, chat, etc. as there aren't many on site. The stairs are a bit slippery and there isn't a door to the downstairs sleeping area. Served our needs perfectly! Thank you for a wonderful place!

Holiday Time

Nice property, beds very comfortable, house had what we needed for our family. Hammerstones at the corner was great returning at night, for the adults wanting a night cap. We also ventured another block and visited 1860 and the music entertainment didnt disappoint, (think Elvis, Blue Brothers = great selection of music). Overall location was perfect for us, our family that live fulltime call this area home. We visited many breweries, distilleries and our favorite resturant was Broadway Oyster Bar, wish we had time for a 2nd trip. We also visited, the Arch & Museum, Zoo and the Aquarium. Traffic wasnt a thing and we were quite suprised how clean the city was, and its surroundings. I must say though, parking for the Arch along the River is rather interesting. Thanks for hosting us, communications with the host was excellent. A followup on day two, was extraordinary in these times and days with our busy lives, but I made it a point to share now and with our families. Thank you Kevin
