We loved this home. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and had everything we need for our stay. Owner was super responsive! We would stay here again!
Had a great weekend at the property. It was in very close distance to downtown and bush stadium. Very beautiful house with lots of amenities! We'll definitely be back to stay again!
We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend! The pre teen girls loved having the basement area to themselves. There was two beds and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs for them to use.The youngest enjoyed the upstairs bedroom because it was nearby our room. The location was great! We were close to everything we were trying to see and do while in the area.Thank you for having us!
We had a family visit to St. Louis. The place was perfect for quiet family meals, great back yard for dogs, and perfect location to explore St. Louis-Cardinals, Arch, Budweiser, Zoo, SLU, City Center, Aquarium and Old Cathedral. House impeccably decorated and plenty of comfort. Thank you!
Location was great! Owner was very responsive and got us a new coffee pot and helped to quickly fix the WiFi. Could use a little cafe table next to fireplace as dining seating was limited but there was a nice big table outside on patio when weather permits . Liked that there were two parking spots in the alley and big, fenced backyard. Weâd definitely stay again!
The property was very neat and clean, inside and out, and the host was excellent! There were several places to go within walking distance, and the interstate is very easy to access from this location. I would highly recommend this property!
We really enjoyed our stay. Great place with all the conveniences that you hope for in a VRBO--like a stocked kitchen and bathroom with the right accessories. The host was warm and helpful. It was close to everything we were doing in St. Louis. Bonus...there was a basement to hunker down in during a terrible hail storm with a tornado warning. We were safe and comfortable.
This property was great! Lots of restaurant options within walking distance and very convenient location. Owner was very responsive when we needed something. Property was clean and just as described in the listing. I would definitely stay here again.
A charming home in a historic area. Nicely decorated, very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Nice fenced in backyard for our dogs. Our host was kind and easy to communicate with.
Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious, in a good area and perfect for my husband, myself and our other son. We could have had a few more guests. The picture on vrbo showed the house as is. We didnât cook beside breakfast one morning and a pecan pie but the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Gary!
Overall the property is as described. The property sleeps 12, however, for a family with younger children, the bed situation is not family friendly. There is no bathroom on the main level, nor was there an inside dining table. It rained our entire stay, so we had to eat at the coffee table. And it would be helpful to have known when we checked in, that there is a parking space behind the rental. The location made it easy to get around St Louis. We'd stay again without younger children.
Very nice spot! Seems to be newly renovated, great amenities and off-street parking. 5 minute walk to the Budweiser brewery, and a 10 minute Uber to BPV. Would definitely stay again!
I recommend this beautiful home to stay in while you visit St Louis. It was spotless and has all the items you would have at home. It is close to great food and sights. We loved the scenic neighborhood. Highly recommended.
Gary was a phenomenal host and the home was BEAUTIFUL! We spent a lot of time in the beautiful back yard! The neighborhood was surprisingly very quiet & peaceful! We will definitely be back!
Property was as listed (although there is not hot tub) and up-to-date. Nice appliances, furniture and accommodations. Great place to stay for the weekend and very close to many attractions. The owner was very prompt and accessible. We did have a couple concerns, but he was able to tend to them immediately and worked with us. Overall, great stay!
The listing was completely accurate of what was offered. Very clean, spacious, great neighborhood! The host was on top of everything, we will definitely be back when we come to St. Louis!! Definitely recommend
This is a great location close to everything we had on our itinerary- Budweiser, STL Zoo, and a concert at Chaifetz Arena. The house was clean and comfortable with a kind and responsive host. Ample parking. We wandered around one night and found the coolest place called Venice cafe. Top to bottom mosaic interior with fun music and people. Thanks to Gary and to VRBO for having us!
This is a very comfortable rental. It is a great location for getting to any area attractions. I had a question about the thermostat and the owner got back immediately. The alley parking was great for unloading our vehicles. Plus the yard for our pets was perfect. We will definitely rent again!
We went to a concert at the dome. 2 miles away. Walked to Budweiser brewery. Went to casino. Hung out with friends on back porch. It was perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable beds.. great host.
Townhome is dorectly across I55 on frontage from Busch brewery on frontage road. Surprisingly quiet given it's location. Crunchy neighborhood but seems relatively safe. Newly renovated. Well equipped.
This house was very beautiful and cozy. Loved everything!!!! Great neighborhood, parking in the back was nice, love the patio and yard, and Alexa everywhere. The host was amazing!!! Very quick with responses, accommodate with whatever I needed and just easy to talk with. Thank you Gary!!!!! I will definitely booked again!!!!!
Hello, I'm Gary. I own and personally manage this property. Over the years, I've had the privilege of traveling to more than 25 countries, and I truly enjoy hosting guests through VRBO. St. Louis is a fantastic city, and it's a pleasure to share my home with visitors.
What I enjoy most about Soulard is its unique character. Itâs a place where you can soak up the atmosphere of the iconic Soulard Farmers Market, take in live music at a local pub, or stroll through tree-lined streets lined with colorful rowhouses. The neighborhood truly comes to life during events like Mardi Gras, but even on quieter days, thereâs always a sense of community and fun. For me, itâs the perfect combination of rich history, local culture, and a lively atmosphereâall right outside your door.
