Reagan's Homestead brings Appalachian mountain charm to your next Gatlinburg vacation. Perfect for large families or multiple couples, this streamside vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, a sitting room, a dining room, a deck overlooking Roaring Fork, and a covered outdoor dining area.

Up to 8 people can find plenty of room to stretch out and relax! Four bedrooms and two living rooms afford ample privacy when needed, and the deck and covered outdoor dining area offer plenty of space to gather for outdoor dining and casual conversation. Or, if you'd rather, choose the swing or bench to sit by the trout-stocked Roaring Fork stream and listen to the water rushing by.

Small dog welcome, 25 lbs. or smaller. $50 pet fee.

Located just off East Parkway, you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg or catch a ride at the nearby trolley stop. With pizza and pancake restaurants, the famous Salt & Pepper Shaker Museum, Smoky Mountain Winery, and Blue Smoke coffee shop close by, you can park the car and forget it!

Great location

Creek and yard beautiful, location , excellent just barely out of congested part of town and in the easier part of town. Liked pigeon ford, did not like sieverville. The close mountain scenic trails are a must do. Owner was super, daily trips

Fun weekend getaway

This was a cousins trip, we had lots of fun. We didnt need anything fancy, just something where all 7 of us fit and was near to the strip. We walked and got there in 10 minutes. The bathtub was a nive addition. And it has everything you need to cook.

Great location

Great location and very responsive manager who told us history of place we stayed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen adequate, and we even saw a bear walk through our yard. Two big family rooms with television in each so never felt crowded. Beautiful little creek at back of property and place feels secluded from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and yet very close to everything you want to see

Missed the bears

Great property with lots of history. On our excursion up in the mountains we received a call from owner to see if we were close to cabin because there was a momma bear and 2 cubs playing in Walnut tree in front yard of cabin. We drove and hiked mountains and didn't see a single bear and missed opportunity right there at cabin..... lol. Was a great stay, definitely hope to stay there again on our next visit.

Rustic, historic, great location

If you’re looking for a historic and rustic place, not too far from Gatlinburg, this is a gem! It’s close to everything, and has a very rustic, historic feel. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not be the best choice… But was very comfortable, clean and affordable.

Quick trip

This was such a cute house and the perfect location. The hot tub was nice at night. The neighbors were friendly too. There were bears in the area but sadly we never got to see any. Highly recommended!

This cabin has both charm and space to spare. Just far enough from the main strip to feel cozy and close to quickly access all the strip has to offer.

Great place to stay

Over all had a great stay, with the cold weather extra blankets would have been great!! Also- just a warning for winter, bring slippers or wear socks as floors can get very cold!! Love the swing down by the creek and it’s SUPER easy to get to strip! Communication with management was effortless.

Gatlinburg Fall 2022

This property was a great choice for my family! It is quiet, peaceful and in a great location. We so enjoyed the water running behind the cabin. It is conveniently located near places to eat and purchase groceries. It is about a mile away from downtown Gatlinburg, so in walking distance. The hosts were truly wonderful people! I would definitely stay here again!

A sister's vacation

There are 4 sisters, as we all live in different states, we try to get together once a year. This year we chose Gatlinburg. Unfortunately, one sister was unable to make it this year. The ad describe the property to a T. To start, it was easy to locate with good parking. The owner greeted us upon arrival. Told us to notify him if we had any needs. The location was great, we never moved our cars except to leave. Easy walking distance to downtown and trolley access. The house has an interesting history. The original log cabin had been added to. From the 3 bedrooms you could hear the stream running behind the house. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. It had a wonderful hot tub and a porch to sit and relax.. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay on our vacation.

Home feeling

I loved the rustic natural of the home and the location was great for our purposes. Loved the sound of the stream off the porch. The owners were very nice. But it could have been cleaner. We found old molding bread in the cabinet. Besides that it was fine. It’s dated but comfortable. Only problem really was that I felt the description of the bed layouts was misleading. It said sleeps 8 which it would but the description made it sound like there was 8 different beds which is what we needed. We made it work and had fun but that was unfortunate because we had to have some of our group find other accommodations. But with that said. I would go back there.
