Lovingly renovated inside and out, this gorgeous 1940’s cottage is immaculately designed for you to feel right at home. Perfectly located in the heart of Little Rock. Visit the Arkansas Zoo, UAMS, Arkansas State Capitol, Burns Park Golf Course or The River Market District all within 10 minutes. Nestled within the historic Heights neighborhood, enjoy a peaceful evening on the patio or take a short 5 minute stroll to the amazing restaurants, coffee shops and shopping Kavanaugh Blvd offers.
The space
Welcome to the Mulberry House in the Heights!
The oversized bedrooms and bathrooms offer plenty of room for privacy. We want the whole family to feel comfortable and at home. With one king and two queen new memory foam mattresses, the house sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom and back bedroom both have access to the large master bathroom. All bedrooms offer closets for clothing.
A bright, vaulted ceiling living room has ample seating, a collectable record player and a large 75 inch flat screen smart TV ready for use for Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. with your subscriptions.
The ever popular Kavanaugh Blvd is a short 1/2 mile walk offering amazing coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. But if you prefer to eat in, the fully stocked kitchen hosts a breakfast bar open to the living and dining, a farmhouse sink plus all new kitchen appliances. There are gadgets galore; toaster oven, microwave, food processor, blender, crockpot and juicer just to name a few.
Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, time on the patio will be quiet, private and peaceful. Pick fresh berries from the mature Mulberry Tree. Our little sanctuary is even home to a family of chipmunks, cardinals and an occasional box turtle. Enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine while unwinding on the front porch or take a breezy stroll through the lovely historic Heights Neighborhood. This is a very safe, family friendly area. Don't be surprised if you make a friend or two during your visit. No one is a stranger in Little Rock.

We had to get a last minute stay due to a family emergency and we WILL be coming back again when we come visit family because this house is just amazing! The home is perfectly positioned for hillcrest restaurants, the interstate and the hospital (our need). It was beautifully decorated and exactly like the pictures, the entire family was able to feel comfortable and relaxed during a stressful situation, which as anyone knows is invaluable! Truly amazing home and will be a repeat for our family

Modern and convenient

Nicely renovated home in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to getting around the city. Clean and comfortable, with most amenities you need for a short, or in our case, an extended stay. Accommodating host, and we would definitely consider staying again on a future visit.

Perfect place

Clean, quiet, plenty of room. I fell in love with the place. Both bathrooms were more than adequate. All girls, and we never ran out of hot water! Room in drive to park 4 vehicles (3 suv & 1 car). DEFINITELY will go back.

Perfect Property - Perfect Stay

The stay at this property was the best experience I have had when staying at any properties during my travels. The property owner communicated so well and kept our check-in and checkout process straightforward. simple and didn't take away from our vacation with unreasonable asks. The property was absolutely immaculate. It was comfortable and had a modern style while also coming across as quaint. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Such a great expirience

Beautiful home

Visiting family still displaced from their home after the March tornado, we really needed a place that felt like home. This was it. The property was lovely and the owner was communicative and responsive. The house was well appointed and tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. The one thing that should be noted in the listing is that you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the third bedroom. It was not a problem for us.

Great location and a wonderful house

My brother and I, along with our spouses, returned to Arkansas for a family reunion. We chose this house because of its location and proximity to other family members. The location was, as expected, perfect. What was unexpectedly perfect was the house itself. The home has been remodeled in a modern and clean style. Everything is up to date. It feels like a home that you can live in immediately. The bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The owner was a great communicator and there were no problems at all with the stay. We will try to stay here in the future!

Beautiful home in the Heights

We were in town for four days to celebrate our dad’s 85th birthday, and this was the perfect home for us to all relax and reconnect. The decor is beautiful, beds and pillows were ahhhhmazing, and our host Annalisa made everything from check in to check out a breeze! Easy distance from great restaurants, coffee, and everything else we needed. We’d love to stay here again when we come back to Little Rock ❤️
