House was very comfortable, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We came to take care of some business in Little Rock, had to stay and extra day and Karen was very accommodating.
We was looking for a place to fish. And this work out just fine. The family loved it the house was clean and plenty of space for everyone. If we go back to Little Rock this will be the place.
The house was in a good and the backyard was very nice. Our grandkids enjoyed the ducks.
We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for a large group. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair and portable crib. Perfect for our 22 month old grandson.
We rented this unit for family members who were attending a wedding nearby. The location was ideal with many restaurants and grocery stores very close. Conveniently located to highways. Lots of linens available along with a washer and dryer. 2 full bathrooms which was helpful with so many people needing to get ready in a short time period. Lovely little lake at the rear of the property which provided lots of bird watching and patio seating to visit with family. Would stay here again.
My group really enjoyed our stay in North Little Rock. The backyard was so nice to relax in after our daily sightseeing in the city. We loved how close the home was to all the attractions: Museum of Discovery, Riverfront Park, and the zoo.
The utensils in the kitchen were a little sparse but I was still able to cook breakfasts and dinners at the house. We do look forward to staying again!
The back yard is beautiful. Lots of birds, ducks, swans.
2 full bath and a half bath downstairs. Older, but clean and comfortable.
Will stay here next time weâre in the area.
The house was everything we needed, and the pond/lake was a nice bonus. Very clean. Everything in working order. Convenient to downtown Little Rock and all points north, east, and west.
This house was accurately represented in the pictures and description provided on VRBO--clean, comfortable, quiet, conveniently located, adequately furnished with linens, dishes, cookware, furniture, etc. We only utilized one of the three bedrooms, but it's a very spacious house with an enclosed garage. The backyard walks out to an inlet of the lake and is very dog-friendly. Would definitely recommend!
I'm from Little Rock. Moved to Texas 36 years ago. I come home to see family and friends. This is a nice home. Only downside to this home is the beds are uncomfortable. Nice but uncomfortable due to firmness. That's personal has nothing to do with the overall stay. Thank you and be blessed.
We had 4 adults and two kids stay. Great space and beautiful location. We even saw a deer out by the lake. The âbasementâ part as my son calls it had two twin beds and a sleeper sofa wine a half bath. Perfect for them. The adults stayed upper level. The kitchen had everything we needed! There was even coffee ready to use! Everything was so cozy and relaxing. The washer and dryer is an added plus, and there was detergent ready to use. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends!
We loved this property in North Little Rock. It has plenty of space to spread out. We took our family of 4 and 2 friends and had a great time (3 adults, 3 kids). The back yard was a beautiful little oasis. Picture perfect Arkansas landscape with several wild animals that were fun to watch.
Plenty of dishes and towels. The basement was the kids favorite spot. They really enjoyed having their own space.
The property manager was very helpful the one time we needed to ask a question. Very close to local shopping and restaurants of all kinds. We were in town for a wedding and felt right at home here. Highly recommended!
Overall this property gets a 5/5 in value for the price. We had 9 people stay in this house for a week.
The house could use some TLC and there were several maintenance issues that the property manager/ or owner was unaware of. We felt that if someone who had a vested interest in the house had walked through in the last month, then these issues would have been spotted and taken care of. There were some slow drains in the bathrooms, loose bathroom tiles in the shower, and a moldy ceiling in the basement bathroom.
Please bring your own TP if you are staying awhile, only starter rolls are provided. This is NOT something we are used to with other rental vacation homes. Please be aware of poison ivy in the backyard if you have kids. We spotted some on one of the back trees and along the fence line. This would have been nice to know beforehand, because we have kids. The kitchen supplies were subpar compared to other homes we have stayed. We made do, but things were lacking. Like no kitchen wash cloths. We had to buy our own. The oven is very tiny. Dont look at the pictures and expect a grill to cook on. We were very disappointed when we showed up and saw a $30 charcoal grill from Walmart. Pretty much useless and we ended up finishing our burgers in the microwave
Overall our family had a nice week and we enjoyed ourselves. We didn't feel cramped. The lake was very nice and we enjoyed fishing. We just felt let down by some of the maintenance issues and amenities.
Grew up in the house across the street so fun being back in the neighborhood. Overall we were very happy with the rental. The garage is a bit small - a Tacoma would not fit so the door could be put down which was a bit of a bummer when the weather turned severe but "no hail - no harm". I missed there was no cable but we got by. A couple non-serrated knives in the kitchen would make food prep a bit easier. We would stay here again if available.
Two couples stayed here for three nights and everything was just right. Quiet neighborhood, full kitchen, and comfortable beds. We would stay here again.
