Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This three bed two bath home has been completely updated and is ready for your group! New everything make this get-away and superb find. Close to downtown and Mckennan Park, you will have fast access to most of downtown and can enjoy a quiet neighborhood to relax in with a fenced in backyard.

*Please note that there are about 12 stairs to get into the house. Once in, most things are on the main floor.

Thanks for having a pack and play for the baby. Would be nice to have a few games for younger kids. We found some books in the neighborhood book swap that we let at the house for the next little visitors. The location is great to walk downtown, to the Pavilion, and park. Also a short drive to the zoo and other Sioux Falls visitor locations.

Great place to stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This was the perfect place to stay. Close to everything and great price. Enough beds for everyone and fully furnished. The inside is nicely updated and the fenced in yard with a large deck is a great touch. We needed to cancel one night and they made it very simple. They also communicated immediately making staying here effortless. We will definitely stay here again when back in town.

The house was clean and the location worked for us. When we arrived the main level was nice and cool. The light switch in the main level bathroom was hidden behind a towel so I thought it wasn’t working but it did work when I found the correct switch. The upstairs was hot. The lights weren’t working in any of the rooms. Called the owner and was told to check the GFI in the bathroom upstairs. When I reset the GFI the lights in all the rooms worked. We didn’t spend much time in the house during the day. Every evening when we came back the main level was alway nice and cool but the upstairs was hot. 2 out of 3 rooms are upstairs. The second morning when we were there I found little sugar ants in the kitchen. There wasn’t very many of them. I didn’t notice them at night just in the mornings when I woke up. The owner was very responsive when I emailed or called them. I would stay here again maybe just not when it’s hot out.

Beautiful home & stay

Quiet little get away spot that we were able to spend with Family. I recommend this VRBO as James was easy to work with, state of art appliances, plenty of room inside and outside. We plan to stay again on our next SF venture

State Volleyball Tournament

We were in SF to watch the VB tournament. The house was exactly what we needed! It was clean, great location and comfortable beds and couch. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus! Hoping to stay again the next time the tournament is in Sioux Falls.

Girls weekend

5 coworkers getting together for a girls weekend. Haven’t laughed so hard in years. Very clean and well stocked home. Would recommend highly.

Wonderful home that fit all of our needs.

We enjoyed our stay here at this home.We had traveled with multi generations to celebrate our son's college graduation. It was a perfect fit for our family. Plenty of space, clean, room for everyone. The home is one of the better ones that I have rented and would definitely stay here again. I run three of my own vacation rentals so I have pretty high standards. I also love that they welcome pets into the home. That is a wonderful perk to offer.

The property exceeded our expectations. My dad, mom, sister & I needed to travel to Sioux Falls from north central North Dakota for a procedure my mother had done. We were looking for a cozy, private place to stay with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and close to Sanford Surgical Tower. This house was perfect for us! My dad even said, “We have to remember this place if we ever need to stay in Sioux Falls again.”

Nice Place

Overall stay was great, house was the perfect size for 4 of us. Plenty of room to play games and lounge around in front of the TV. Host was very quick to respond when we had questions. Only negative, or recommendation would be to have cleared to walkway and syeps of snow in the winter or at least provide a shovel or broom for your guests to use.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, beds were comfy, great space for family with adult children to get together. Parking in driveway was a challenge with snow/ice but it’s winter in South Dakota… thank you and would stay again

Cute and convenient

Very convenient location. Great setup with kids. They came up with many make believe games involving the gates. Kitchen was bigger than I thought and there are plenty of dishes. My only concerns were the front steps have no railing in winter and the use of scent beads is significant.
