Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This three bed two bath home has been completely updated and is ready for your group! New everything make this get-away and superb find. Close to downtown and Mckennan Park, you will have fast access to most of downtown and can enjoy a quiet neighborhood to relax in with a fenced in backyard.

*Please note that there are about 12 stairs to get into the house. Once in, most things are on the main floor.

Great place to stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This was the perfect place to stay. Close to everything and great price. Enough beds for everyone and fully furnished. The inside is nicely updated and the fenced in yard with a large deck is a great touch. We needed to cancel one night and they made it very simple. They also communicated immediately making staying here effortless. We will definitely stay here again when back in town.

Beautiful home & stay

Quiet little get away spot that we were able to spend with Family. I recommend this VRBO as James was easy to work with, state of art appliances, plenty of room inside and outside. We plan to stay again on our next SF venture

State Volleyball Tournament

We were in SF to watch the VB tournament. The house was exactly what we needed! It was clean, great location and comfortable beds and couch. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus! Hoping to stay again the next time the tournament is in Sioux Falls.

Great place to stay

The property was very clean, which is a big deal for us, since in the past we’ve rented other places that were not. Beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, beds were comfy, great space for family with adult children to get together. Parking in driveway was a challenge with snow/ice but it’s winter in South Dakota… thank you and would stay again

Amazing stay!

Very impressed with this house; everything was great! Only complaint would be is it was very icy in the driveway and the bottom of the stairs otherwise the steps were cleaned off great and they had ice melt for us. Beds were very comfortable and the bedding all smelled great! Very happy with our stay!

This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed in in Sioux Falls. Quite neighborhood. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Will definitely book again

This house felt more like a home. The owners provided all of the items you may forget in travel. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Place

Overall stay was great, house was the perfect size for 4 of us. Plenty of room to play games and lounge around in front of the TV. Host was very quick to respond when we had questions. Only negative, or recommendation would be to have cleared to walkway and syeps of snow in the winter or at least provide a shovel or broom for your guests to use.
