Northern Lights Place is truly a home away from home with 3 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, second kitchen in walk-out lower level, 2 full bathrooms, 2 stall garage, large fenced in yard, private hot tub, and a great patio/deck. This home is located on the NW side of Sioux Falls within a 5-minute drive from the Sanford Pentagon, Scheels Ice Plex, Great Shots, and Walmart and Starbucks Coffeehouse. Quick & easy access less than a mile off both I-29 & 1-90 will get you to most of Sioux Falls within a 10-minute drive. Just a short drive to the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Elmwood Golf Course, Howard Wood Field, Downtown Sioux Falls, Levitt at The Falls, Falls Park, both Avera and Sanford Hospitals and many other locations. You will have FULL PRIVATE ACCESS to the ENTIRE HOUSE.

Quick summer trip to Sioux Falls

House worked well as a home base for exploring Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. House is on NW edge of town but roads were never very busy and we could get anywhere within the city within 15 min. The house is on the market for sale, but we were not interrupted from this.

Great stay for a sister weekend

We really enjoyed our stay for our sister weekend. The location was great and the neighborhood quiet. The house had plenty of room and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub.

Great for a couple or family

Overnight stay for wife and I. Safe neighborhood, very clean, close to anything you need. Very inviting and bathrooms stocked. Washer/ dryer with plenty of supplies. Beds A++ and hottub very nice and privacy

Great location- cute house!

Perfect house for our weekend getaway. We were looking forward to the hot tub but the cover was broken- and a lot of styrofoam was in it when we arrived. There was some cleanliness issues- dishes and silverware that were not washed, floors not swept; some crumbs around the house. Overall- a good stay and nice to have the family together in a house as opposed to a hotel.

Great setup!

The home was perfect for our stop after the badlands and Mount Rushmore. The basement setup was fantastic to give some separate spaces, the home was clean, and the communication was great.

We absolutely loved this house! The house was SO clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My three boys loved the foosball table and hot tub. We were only there for one night on our journey from Georgia to Montana, but wished we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again. We highly recommend this house!

The place was perfectly described, clean and the owner was so good at communicating all along the way. Very easy and very clean. We stayed one night and it was easy in and easy out.

Great indoor/outdoor space and hospitality

It’s a quaint home in a quiet neighborhood. It appears bigger in the pictures, but it’s by no means small. Very accommodating with plenty of comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. We slept 8 but there was still room for a few more. It was nice to be able to wash some laundry. And the kitchen had everything we needed which made for an especially delicious dinner. Plenty of towels and extra pillows and bedding. Definitely gonna keep it in mind for future stays :)

Just right.

Easy to find. Great access. Nice yard. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Comfy beds. Kids had fun catching fire flies. We had a great weekend. The house was a great place to come back to after a long day of activities. When we arrived on Friday night the house was quite warm. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be blowing very hard or cold. Luckily it cooled off outside so we could open some windows and didn’t matter about the AC. Overall wonderful stay.

Visiting Family

Overall, we were very pleased with this property. It was very clean, well stocked and provided a good amount of space for our family of five. The hot tub was an added bonus! Something to note - check in instructions aren’t communicated until the day of arrival. Not a big deal, but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Also, there were no check out instructions, but the host responded timely when ask asked. The only negative was that the heat wasn’t on, which made our mornings chilly. Other than that, it was a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate staying again!

wonderful + great communication

This property was great. Perfect amount of space for our group of 8. I cannot praise this property and the host enough. The host was great to communicate with. We had a couple of bumps on our end (not the hosts fault in any way) and I was so appreciative of how she communicated with us. 5/5 stars all around.

We have grown our Short-Term Rental portfolio to nine units and have professional managers that assist with our daily activities of operating, maintaining, cleaning and assisting with guests' experience. I live in downtown Sioux Falls and enjoy traveling and have used STRs in place of hotels throughout those travels, including California, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iceland, Germany and France. I find it interesting to see how other hosts setup their spaces and have been a fanatic about architectural design since I was a child.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location, there is a shortage of excellent STRs in the neighborhood and we wanted to provide a great experience in the area. The garage is a key to our success as it is accessible for guests to use for their vehicles.

Guests are also allowed to park in the driveway. There is also an abundance of street parking in front of the property. Uber and LYFT are also available for travel from our area.

You will have COMPLETE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOME with HOT TUB! We have a second full kitchen in the lower level off the family room, that has double French doors that open to the outdoor patio. Guests have access to our nicely designed laundry room, and second living area. Enjoy your own comfortable space after a long day of sporting events at the Sanford Sports Complex (Pentagon, Scheels Ice Plex, Sanford Fieldhouse), a fun-filled night of eating-drinking-golfing at Great Shots (similar to Top Golf), or lively event at the Denny Sanford Premier Center.
