Northern Lights Place is truly a home away from home with 3 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathroom, 2 stall garage, large yard, private hot tub (HOT TUB IS OUT OF SERVICE UNTIL MID MAY), and a great patio/deck. This home is located on the NW side of Sioux Falls within a 5-minute drive from the Sanford Pentagon, Scheels Ice Plex, Great Shots, and Walmart. Quick & easy access of less than a mile off both I-29 & 1-90 will have you to most of Sioux Falls within a 10-minute drive to places including the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Downtown Sioux Falls, Falls Park, both Avera and Sanford Hospitals and many other locations. You will have FULL PRIVATE ACCESS to the ENTIRE HOUSE.

Great location- cute house!

Perfect house for our weekend getaway. We were looking forward to the hot tub but the cover was broken- and a lot of styrofoam was in it when we arrived. There was some cleanliness issues- dishes and silverware that were not washed, floors not swept; some crumbs around the house. Overall- a good stay and nice to have the family together in a house as opposed to a hotel.

Great stay for a sister weekend

We really enjoyed our stay for our sister weekend. The location was great and the neighborhood quiet. The house had plenty of room and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub.

Overnight stay for wife and I. Safe neighborhood, very clean, close to anything you need. Very inviting and bathrooms stocked. Washer/ dryer with plenty of supplies. Beds A++ and hottub very nice and privacy

Great setup!

The home was perfect for our stop after the badlands and Mount Rushmore. The basement setup was fantastic to give some separate spaces, the home was clean, and the communication was great.

Southerner approved!

We absolutely loved this house! The house was SO clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My three boys loved the foosball table and hot tub. We were only there for one night on our journey from Georgia to Montana, but wished we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again. We highly recommend this house!

wonderful + great communication

This property was great. Perfect amount of space for our group of 8. I cannot praise this property and the host enough. The host was great to communicate with. We had a couple of bumps on our end (not the hosts fault in any way) and I was so appreciative of how she communicated with us. 5/5 stars all around.

Great indoor/outdoor space and hospitality

It’s a quaint home in a quiet neighborhood. It appears bigger in the pictures, but it’s by no means small. Very accommodating with plenty of comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. We slept 8 but there was still room for a few more. It was nice to be able to wash some laundry. And the kitchen had everything we needed which made for an especially delicious dinner. Plenty of towels and extra pillows and bedding. Definitely gonna keep it in mind for future stays :)

Visiting Family

Overall, we were very pleased with this property. It was very clean, well stocked and provided a good amount of space for our family of five. The hot tub was an added bonus! Something to note - check in instructions aren’t communicated until the day of arrival. Not a big deal, but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Also, there were no check out instructions, but the host responded timely when ask asked. The only negative was that the heat wasn’t on, which made our mornings chilly. Other than that, it was a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate staying again!

Just right.

Easy to find. Great access. Nice yard. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Comfy beds. Kids had fun catching fire flies. We had a great weekend. The house was a great place to come back to after a long day of activities. When we arrived on Friday night the house was quite warm. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be blowing very hard or cold. Luckily it cooled off outside so we could open some windows and didn’t matter about the AC. Overall wonderful stay.

Clean with great owner communication

The place was perfectly described, clean and the owner was so good at communicating all along the way. Very easy and very clean. We stayed one night and it was easy in and easy out.

My name is Tracy and I have 2 Airbnb I manage. This one in Sioux Falls and another one in Mitchell, SD. I am happily married for 25 years, and we have 2 boys. Our 23 yr. old is getting ready for his first military deployment and our other son is 20 and works with my husband with a crane company.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Guests will have their own separate entrance using the front door which is accessible via a smart lock deadbolt.

Northern Lights-*UPPER UNIT* WITH HOT TUB!!!

The garage is also accessible to guests by entering the property and opening the door to the left of the front entryway. Guests are permitted to park inside of the garage using the dedicated space on the right side of the yellow line painted on the garage floor. The garage door opener is located on the east wall inside of the garage right next to the door. The door to the garage also locks from the inside of the UPPER UNIT for complete privacy for our guests.

Guests are also allowed to park in the driveway on the right side. There is also an abundance of street parking in front of the property. Uber and LYFT are also available for travel from our area.

The back yard and patio are also available for guests use. The back yard is also fully fenced in. This is a SHARED SPACE between our guests and our property manager who lives in the LOWER UNIT, but feel free to utilize the space as your own.
