21st Birthday

My daughter wanted to go to Nashville to celebrate her 21st birthday. Of course she wanted her friends to go, but at that age they can’t afford a whole lot. So, 6 of my friends were all in. I started looking at VRBO’s in the area and came across this one. Overall, I feel the photos depicted the property accurately. Some rooms I felt were smaller than appeared online, but overall, very nice. Great accommodations. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, The rooftop patio was amazing. There was construction going on outside the entire time we were there, and the property is a pebbles throw to railroad tracks, but it wasn't too bad for noise. The host responded in a timely manner to all my inquiries. I would highly recommend this VRBO if you're wanting to stay close to Broadway but not right on it.

Nashville Cousin's Trip

House is very nice and clean. There there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be for the train noise. I would stay here again

Overall Good Deal

The room/bathroom arrangement worked great for 7 adults. The trains would have been fine except for the whistle. The property is located at a train crossing. Convenient to downtown and other areas of Nashville. The price was great compared to other properties we looked at.

Overall good

The place was clean and modern. We had an issue with the patio chairs not being available (there were stools) on the patio. We asked (twice), and then workers were sent to put the chairs together which took several hours. The place was very sparsely equipped, ran out of TP, trying not to be negative as overall it was nice. One more note, there isn’t proper seating for 8 inside, so if you are planning on spending a lot of time here be sure it’s going to be nice, the patio is awesome.

Beautiful place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, there is a train that goes by the property at all hours. If you have someone in your group that’s a light sleeper, I would suggest bringing ear plugs.

Nice condo

The condo was very nice. Our 4 couples each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was really convenient. The kitchen and living room area was a great place to hang out as was the rooftop. It is only about a 10 minute Uber ride to get to Broadway Street so that was fine. The problem with the location lies with the train noise. These units are located directly next to tracks and trains were frequently passing by - even during the night. Other than that, this is a great rental for visiting Nashville.

Nice Properly With Lots of Trains

This property is very nice. Room sizes are great. Beds are really comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Roof top space is fun. The only downfall is the train noise. The tracks are less than 25 yards from the property and the trains run all night. The train horn blares with each train. On the plus side, there are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Awesome Trip

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The place was beautiful with lots of room for all. Not far from all the fun in Nashville. We would consider this property for our next trip.

Great for a short family vacation

This house was super convenient, close to down town. The brewery about a block away was delicious! Definitely would stay here again.

Nice place

This is an ideal spot for larger groups. It’s relatively close to Broadway/town. The only negative to the property was train noise. Great place to stay and it is very clean and nice. Rooftop patio is an additional bonus.

Great place!

We were in town for a 40th birthday getaway with a few friends. This house was great! Lots of room. Bathrooms for each bedroom. Nice and clean! We loved the rooftop! Fun brewery just a few steps away. Short uber ride down town. Overall, great stay!!

Lots of elbow room!

We went for my daughter's birthday celebration. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. It was perfect! I have never seen a kitchen island that big. We had a few mishaps in the beginning but Drew was a wonderful host and made things right very quickly. Short Uber rides to downtown.

Long weekend

Excellent location close to everything. Property was newer and nicely furnished. Area is up and coming with restaurants, coffee shops and a micro brewery steps away. Very easy access into downtown or the stadium. Look at the photos - train is close to property.

Amazing

My fiancé and I came up for the weekend with our best friends and stayed here and it was absolutely perfect! Drew was so nice and the place was so enjoyable for all of us! It’s not far from downtown and we had a blast here. Thank you for the stay!
