Very Nice Home

We were there for a week and enjoyed the time we spent there. The property was very clean and well kept. The couch was cozy for us to settle down for the evening and watch a movie. The location was great, not in the middle of a big city but had everything we needed close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to friends.

Great stay

Everything was as expected. A very nice gated community with nice amenities. We had a lovely stay and the pool was an added bonus to relax in during the evening. We enjoyed the table by the pool to eat our dinner outside. My only complaint was the neighbor played music loudly outside until around 3 am every night and we had to get up really early for cheer competitions at ESPN but that was out of the owners control. Other than that it was a great stay.

Disney Vacation

We stayed here in early April for our Disney/Universal vacation. Since we had 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) it made more sense to get a house rather than live out of a hotel room for a week. It was also great that after a long day at the parks each kid had their own bed to rest in! The property was excellent, and very much like the pictures and reviews online. More so I was impressed by the owner being so responsive! Richard answered all our requests quickly, even had a crockpot delivered so we could go through with our Easter dinner plans, and had the dryer repaired while we were out so we could get our laundry done! The house is about 20 minutes away from the disney parks and about 25-30 from universal and we’re relatively easy drives. The one thing I’d mention is that the property is pretty new, but as it’s rented out it may see additional west and tear (for instance one of the dining room chairs was broken when we arrived). Richard the owner is very responsive though so I’m sure it’ll get taken care of as long as he’s informed of it! Also having the private pool for the kids on our off day from the parks was amazing! It was great to open the slider and let them go at it with out having to pack up and head to a community/hotel pool. The game room is very cool looking but keep in mind that it’s a garage and doesn’t have A/C so it gets HOT! Also, I’m not super familiar with the PlayStation version but it had I think 2 games that were loaded to it online, but we had trouble getting them set up for 2 players. If you plan on using it I’d bring your own games or log in with your ID so you can access your own stuff. The check in process was ok, we’d hoped to get in earlier but it wasn’t available per the mgmt company. That said, Richard did give us some extra time on checkout which helped a ton since one of the families had to get dropped off at the airport and the other needed to pack up for a long drive. Overall it was a great stay, I wouldn’t hesitate on this one. It was exactly what we wanted for our theme park vacation!!
