Nestled among the trees on a quaint Seagrove road, this home is less than a block to 30A and a short walk to Seaside. This newly constructed home has every amenity your family can imagine and is sure to be a favorite among all of your guests! From the open and spacious rooms, the hardwood floors, and the beautiful beamed ceilings that greet you upon entering, Azalea Abbey will make you feel right at home.

The large kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining spaces give you multiple options for gathering. Families will also enjoy the bonus 3rd-floor area for relaxing. There's even a view of the Gulf from the top deck!

Enjoy a short stroll to The Surfing Deer, Seagrove Village Market, Cowgirl Kitchen, and more when you book this home for your next Beach Getaway. When you are in Seagrove Beach, you are arguably "in the middle of it all". Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton are just a mile or two to the west, while the planned communities of WaterSound, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach are a few miles east. Not that you need to go anywhere, of course, as Seagrove is home to a wonderfully diverse assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all of which are just a short stroll or bike-ride away.

Most homes in Seagrove are either tucked away beneath stately oak trees or overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Great family vacation.

This property was amazing! The online listing did not do it justice. The view from the top balcony was breathtaking. The short walk to the beautiful beach and the crystal clear water made it the perfect getaway! We had family members, ranging from 2 to 60 in age, and everyone had a great time!

BEAUTIFUL HOME

This house is amazing. The location is one block from the beach and close to so many other conveniences. The house is phenomenal. It is kid friendly with a third floor that is a kids paradise. Although we were not able to use the heated pool due to a mechanical issue, we were able to enjoy the outdoor living space. Thanks for a fabulous stay! ❤️

Wonderful

First of all, the house is beautifu! The location is great with a very short walk to the beach with access just across the road The house is large with plenty of bedrooms and living space and we enjoyed the back porch and pool as well We do a lot of cooking with our large group instead of going out and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use with the two dishwashers We don’t usually stay in the same house twice but I could stay here again and I would for sure recommend It to others We appreciated all the starter supplies, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent-definitely more than you get most places. Thank you

Pretty good

House is very nice except for a few minor issues. A couple cabinet doors are crooked/coming unlatched, the outdoor kitchen grill doesn’t work (there is a separate grill to use) the dining table is broken at the end where it extends, and the sofa cushions are a little dirty. None of this really bothered us except for the grill not working! The rest of the house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large family. It is in a great location, walking distance to beach and a short golf cart ride to Seaside. If they would include a golf cart and bikes like a lot of rentals do, it would make it almost perfect! Overall we enjoyed our stay here though!

Family affair

We all met as a family here to celebrate a 70th birthday party. The stay was overall, good. We enjoyed the stay and being together. That said, there are always opportunities. It’s a 5 bedroom, not a 6 bedroom as it states it to be. We had a few snags in the first few days - the code to the cart we rented didn’t work. The charge cable wasn’t provided and we had to chase that down too. The heater to the pool failed the first day in and took several days to get repaired. A rat inhabited the grill and met us upon our arrival. There’s significant black mold in a 3rd floor closet area. It’s a nice home. You can tell it’s been rented out quite a bit and could use some attention. Convenient to beach.

Great House - Florida Charm Manager

This is a wonderful house! Our family has stayed here several times. It used to be managed by Royal Destinations (which offered top notch service and they answer the phone!). Florida Charm ( current management company) was very difficult to deal with. Hard to make reservations and then they never sent info on lockbox code for golf cart or internet. I called them to please call me and they never returned my call. They would only communicate through email. I was on vacation and wanted to get away from email! Pool was dirty and had a lot of algae in it when we arrived. Pool guy was super nice but it took 3 days to clear it up because it was so dirty. He apologized. All in all, great house. Horrible management company. I hope the owners read this so they know how their property is being treated.

Fabulous family stay

This home was meticulously designed for a fabulous multi-family stay. Plenty of room to be together in the same area whether it’s lounging, snacking, or cooking together. There is also loads of room to spread out and have some time to yourself inside or outside. Super comfortable and beautifully designed with not one detail overlooked. Although there were plenty of beds for everyone, I would accurately describe it as a five bedroom, rather than six. The ‘sixth’ bedroom is a set of bunk beds in the hallway (which sounds weird but it’s not. They are beautiful built in bunks in a craftsman style) and not private. NOT a complaint - They’re perfect for kids of parents staying in one of the private rooms on same floor. Previous reviewer mentioned there only being one pan (sautée pan to be exact) so we brought some additional ones just to be safe - however we ended up not needing them. There is a built in griddle with a place for the drippings and we used that quite a bit for what we would have used those extra pans for so it worked well. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with essentials. Adequate chef knives, a good amount of steak knives, lots of small and large plates, lots of glasses, cups and wine glasses. Perfect location - 1 minute from the Publix and walking distance to nice restaurants and casual drop in places. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.
