We had a great stay! It was indeed 5 stars all around! The home was beautiful, clean, and very well appointed with every detail covered. There was not a single thing that we needed that was not there. Our host contact, Sarah, was exceptional; her responsiveness was impressive and helpfulness and positive and warm communication style was much appreciated.

The house was lovely!! So convenient and close to the beach and the layout was perfect for the group we had. The host was so attentive and answered almost immediately with any questions I had, in addition to check-ins throughout our stay! We loved it!

The home was amazing. Perfect location. It was a perfect house for a large family vacation. Laundry room on every floor was the best!! Check in and check out were easy. Management was very attentive! We loved it.

This house was AMAZING!! The host was so kind and helpful with everything. We were a large group and everyone had plenty of room!! The house was extremely clean expect that one outdoor garage had not been taken out (this was an easy fix). All the people I came with were extremely happy with our stay and even talked about bringing others back to stay at this VRBO. I would easily stay here again in a heartbeat and use this host!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and a beautiful property!!!

This house is amazing! We had 8 adults, 9Grandsons and it was so spacious and fun! The pool such an added bonus and we used it a lot!!! All our kids want to return each year. Host was so easy to get ahold of and very pleasant. We had a few issues and all were addressed promptly.Easy access to beach and short walk/ ride to lots of fun things. Short distance toGrocery as well. We will def consider coming back!!!

This property is absolutely amazing, and we had the best week staying here with our family. Kitchen & bathrooms were fully stocked, beds were super comfortable, and Sarah checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

The home was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we wanted for a relaxing and fun stay on 30A. The beach access was convenient and close. The home had so many amenities that made the stay perfect. We loved the shower/bath room. The closets were huge and washer/dryer on each floor made laundry so easy. The huge kitchen, walk-in pantry and multiple grills made meals and cooking easy. The customer service was exceptional.

Our stay at Camellia Blue was wonderful. We had another place booked through a different company and it was a nightmare when we arrived. We quickly started looking for other places and Sarah was so quick to respond and very accommodating. When we walked into this home we were speechless. We had a great time in Seaside and loved the area. The walk to the beach was quick and very manageable with kids. The house was very clean and had the necessities we were needing. We had such a lovely time hanging by the pool, cooking dinners, cruising on the golf cart and bikes, watching sunsets on the rooftop deck and just being together in the huge living room. We have no complaints and would love to stay here again!

Fantastic rental in a great location!

This beautifully appointed home was perfect for our extended family (18 y/o-84 y/o) Christmas vacation. Any issue was quickly resolved by Sarah, who was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Three levels of living, provided plenty of space for everyone. The bedding and linens were exceptional for a rental. Highly recommend this home, half a mile walk to Seaside and convenient to the beach as well as beautiful views from the fourth level. We look forward to returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this amazing home last week with six families (five kids ranging from ages 2 to 13), and it couldn’t have been more perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone, and all the extra fridges made it super easy to keep drinks cold and snacks on hand. But let’s be honest—the real MVPs were the ice machines. We never had to buy a single bag of ice the whole trip. #IYKYKThe location was great too—just a short walk to the beach and Seaside (if you can brave the summer heat!). We’re already talking about renting it again. Highly recommend!

Lots of patio space so you can enjoy sun throughout the day. Kids loved playing in heated pool in January, although it is small and not a diving pool, it provides another activity. The beach is super close walking distance. House was clean and super new! Sarah, our property manager, was great at communicating and helping with questions. We will definitely be back! P.S. there are no condiments, including salt and pepper, so plan grocery delivery accordingly.
