Come and enjoy the beautiful South West Florida while staying in the central location home with spectacular views and it is closed to everything!

Well maintained water canal home with it backyard opening to 100 feet of canal frontage, brand new bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, lanais, beach theme decors and breathtaking views that spiking up your peace of mind allowing you to comfortably relax and enjoy the serenity. You will want to comeback, guarantee!

LOCATION: <3 miles (<7 mins) to white sand beaches (Englewood, Lemon Bay, and Stump Pass Beaches and Gulf of Mexico), <10 mins to great restaurants, parks, golf courses, historical landmarks, shopping centers, water activities and more.

BOATERS: ~1 mile canals and 2 bridges accessing to the Bay (bridge one is about 7 feet and bridge two is about 11 feet), additional 2 miles to Stump Pass Beach with open access to the Gulf. Ainger Creek Park, is a free nearby boat launch about 1.4 miles from the home. We have large parking space for trailer and many cars.

The property was fairly clean, there is easy access to the intercoastal waterway, and a couple of good restaurants nearby.

Great Place

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, cozy and equipped well. My favorite spot was reading on the covered lanai while the kids were fishing.

Great location. Beaches super close, so many restaurants, stores right around the corner. We had a lovely stay. So glad the yard was fenced for dogs. Loved the solar lights in the yard that came on in each night. Thank you!

Beautiful canal setting

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and the kids enjoyed being able to fish right out in the canal. Location is close enough to the beach, and our host recommended a delicious restaurant just around the corner (Farlow). Our property manager was extremely responsive to any questions we had. I would definity stay here again.

The house is spacious and beautiful. Great location, and quiet neighborhood. Its great for family get togethers. So much room for everyone. Plan on coming back in the future. Great communication with Tramara.

Quiet Relaxing Home

We recently spent 5 weeks at this home. The home was super clean and up to date. The home is less than 10 minutes from Englewood beach. We have stayed in surrounding towns in past years and found Englewood to be less crowded with far less traffic. Good restaurant options nearby. Host was easy to reach when questions arose and very helpful.

Everything was perfect!! The place was exactly as described and very clean! In addition, Tramara was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again. We really didn’t want to leave!!

Anniversary

Rented for family members to stay for our 50th. Wedding Anniversary and several of them stayed at the house and it was very nice. Very clean and spacious and the backyard and canal area is beautiful. The host is delightful and easy to work with.

Perfect spot to stay for a wedding that was on the Englewood Beach. We had seven people in our party and everybody was comfortable. Very convenient. Great communication also.

Englewood stay

The house was perfect for our stay. We were in Englewood for mostly fishing trips so we didn't spend much time in the house except at night. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the host was fantastic, she was very quick to respond to any of my questions and available at all times. Hope to book again next year.

Weekend getaway

My husband is from Englewood and hadn't visited in over 25 years. This was a nice trip for us, and this property was just what we needed. The home has a beachy decor, very cute and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need to bring is your food! It has everything you need, truly a home away from home. A canal runs behind the property (we did some fishing), and the beach is only a few minutes away. The local restaurants are good as well. We will be visiting again!

Charming Waterfront Stay with Affordable Access to Lemon Bay

Tramará was wonderful! She made access to the home so easy and check-in was a breeze. Our family of 5 was so comfortable in this charming home withz room to sleep at eight. Some nights we ate in in the fully equipped kitchen and other nights we enjoyed local restaurants that had some of the best seafood we’ve had in a while just around the corner from the house. We loved being on the canal waterfront. Fishing from the backyard and mooring our small Carolina skiff boat Right off the back porch with hot tub. What a wonderful and enjoyable vacation we had together in this home and at a very affordable family friendly price. We will be back!

Perfect Destination Staycation!

The house was exactly what we were expecting and more. Between the roominess of the home with the additional outdoor living spaces and the comfortable furnishings it was the ideal place to spend a 4-week "staycation". The house had everything we needed, all the conveniences of home! The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location for all our adventures (bike rides, beach, spring training ball games, awesome restaurants, Venice, Englewood farmer's market). Even though it was just the 2 of us, the house was spacious enough for our son & his family to come stay for a weekend. The host Tramara was extremely helpful! She responded right away when we had questions. We had no prior experience with a hot tub, so she had the "hot tub lady" come over to check things out and leave us instructions. Some rentals we've used have been very stark, "cold", bland, and not fully equipped - just a generic house. This property was a HOME, you could see the heart of the owners in the decorations, landscaping and furnishings. We highly recommend this property and are very, very sad that it was not available for us to book for the same time in 2025.
