Private home with a pool on a tropical island, only a 2 minute walk to the Gulf!

Come relax at our private home on tropical Manasota Key! Your toughest decision will be whether to swim at the semi-private beach on the Gulf of Mexico or in the pool with a view of Lemon Bay.

This charming home has everything you need for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway. The main living area has an open floor plan with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living quarters are separated to allow friends or family to have a space all their own. One side of the house has a private owners suite with a king bed and full private bathroom with a walk in shower. The opposite side of the home has a bedroom with a queen bed with its own pool access, a bedroom with two twin beds and a large full bathroom. The covered patio area provides opportunities for open air dining and is attached to the screened-in lanai. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with smart TV’s with streaming capabilities. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, gas grill and laundry room.

Manasota Key is a picturesque barrier island with an old Florida feel. The location offers easy access to plenty of outdoor activities including fishing, kayaking, golf, hiking and of course, beach combing! Both the sunsets over the gulf AND the sunrises over the bay are breathtaking! First-rate restaurants are just a mile away and live entertainment is available to you whenever the mood strikes.

There is a $100 per week fee for pool heat.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent.
