Feel your worries melt away as you watch the dolphins and manatees play right off the shore. Main level living. Lower part of an up/down duplex. No steps. Separate Entrances and Separate Ventilation. Large, Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and a view while you are cooking. Relax on the enclosed porch/lanai or in the hot tub and Watch Spectacular Sunsets! Enjoy visits from Edgar the Egret or Archie the Osprey. Float along on kayaks provided. So easy to launch a kayak. Just walk right into the water. Rinse off in the outdoor shower. Englewood Beach is only 2 miles away. Dearborn St is only 1 mile. Excellent fishing from the bank or the dock. You can even bring your boat! Washer and Dryer. Sleep Number queen size bed in the water view bedroom and another comfy queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. Grab bars in the bathroom for stability. 65 inch Smart TV, High Speed internet and 2 work stations! The hot tub, dock, and back yard are for the short-term rental guest. The laundry area is shared with the upstairs tenant.

20 step to water

Very Very enjoyable. Nice, clean and open unit with beautiful view of Lemon Bay close to beaches restaurants and shopping. Would recommend it to anyone

Amazing sunsets!

We had a wonderful time at 20 Steps to the Water! We enjoyed the beachy vibe and layout of this 2 bedroom property but our favorite place was the chairs overlooking the bay and the beautiful sunsets at night. The property was well appointed - it had everything that we needed. We also loved the screened lanai in the evening.

Water view!!!

This a perfect house for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is large and I love how the cabinets were labelled. So much easier to find things that way. The hosts quickly responded to any questions. We are hoping to come stay again!

Anna’s place was perfect!

What a wonderful stay we had at Anna’s place! She was polite and extremely quick to respond to any questions. The place was very well supplied. We didn’t use the hot tub or other water toys, but enjoyed using the bikes! The cleanliness and orderliness of the place was amazing! My wife used to clean for a living and we’ve found many places weren’t up to our standards, but this place was spotless! It wasn’t dirty or have any funky smells, so when we arrived we felt completely comfortable were able to immediately relax. We can’t wait to return next time we’re visiting the west coast of Florida! Thank you so much, Anna!

Rick and I bought our first home in Florida in 2020. We joined the 2020 work from anywhere movement so now we can live our dream of living where we want and travelling all over. We are back and forth between Florida and Virginia. We are very active and love to travel, bike, hike and kayak. We also have an RV and have traveled all over the US and Canada! We love to meet new people, trying new foods, discovering new areas (being a "local"), and making memories. Thank you so much for considering our home for your next vacation!

Englewood, Old Florida at it's Best! It is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle and crowds of the city with all the amenities, Amazing Outdoor Dining and Music! An awesome beach with beach yoga every day! Excellent opportunities to relax and play. Even High Speed internet and 2 work stations!

Watch the sunset daily from the porch or hot tub. The after colors are just amazing! Walk directly into the water to swim, boat, paddle board or kayak. High speed internet in case you need to work. Choose your beach! So close to 3 wonderful beaches. You can bike to Englewood Beach that is 2 miles away.
